Room was renovated just recently. Air-conditiomed and silent, with a nice bed and pillows to choose from. ☆☆☆☆ Gym was also one of the best ones in Finland. Nice and professional staff and enogh parkin places.☆☆☆☆☆ Breakfast was quite a basic: scrambled egg was industrial type and full done. Basic 1/2 size sausages and bacon. Some of the warm dischess were cold, but positive thing is was good natural yogurt and alpro blueberry.☆☆☆

The staff was very helpful, polite and very friendly. The hotel is very clean. The room was spacious, the bathroom was very clean and new. The breakfast was plentiful and the restaurant staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very well located and very quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a very pleasent stay at Sokoshotel Vaakuna with my family. Hotel was recently renewated and Interior was very nice. The staff was very friendly. There were many little things that made especially children feeling welcome. We stayed next night in Sokoshotel Tripla, Pasila, and these two hotels cannot compare to each other when it comes to cildren-friendly-hotel.

This hotel has gone through extensive renovation in the last couple of years and it was definitely worth it! The rooms are beautiful, beds are comforable and there are nice local designer (Pentik) elements everywhere. The rooms are spotlessly clean and there is a small SMEG fridge you can put some food and drinks in. We also booked a sauna for private use for 60 euro, which was deninitely worth it! The saunas are fully renovated too and you get two hours of sauna and jacuzzi (the communal ones, of course, are free to use). The breakfast was tasty, had plenty of options and it was really well organised with three different time slots to choose from to keep the queues short. But most of all I wanted to thank the whole staff team for provinding an incredibly efficient, professional and friendly service. You can tell they enjoy working here and that they are treated well. One of them told us she loves coming to work, everyone gets on and they're like a big family. And it shows! We stayed here for five nights, when visiting family, and it was a truly memorable stay. A massive thank you for the staff, you are all stars!

This hotel has a 10-minute walk from the railway station. Scandic is more centrally located. The hotel has been recently renovated. So everything is stylish and fresh. Every floor has a different decor scheme: Repovesi, Tykkimäki, or Pentik. The best room, Pentik Suite, is located on the Pentik-themed 4th floor. The suite is very stylish and quite spacious. However, there is too much furniture in the living room and too many strange unpractical racks for clothing storage. The huge 65" television in the living room is located too high and too near the sofa. I would move the sofa next to the wall and the writing desk to the wall between the bedroom and living room. And the two sideboards from there under the television. Or change the smaller television from the bedroom to the living room. In the spacious bathroom, you have your own stylish sauna and a separate bathtub and rain shower. However, the water was flowing more towards the bedroom than the floor drain in the shower. There is no overflowing drainage in the quite small tub. Everything goes overboard and towards the bedroom door. We had a pleasant dinner at the hotel's Frans & Rose restaurant. The service was very friendly. The breakfast has a wide selection of food. However, some items were run out or nearly to run out. Our stay had a quite good value for 285 euros. Because of the impracticalities, the suite is more suitable for a one-night stay than for longer stays.

Extremely friendly staff welcomed us when we arrived. We had a room with sauna. The room was spacious and clean. Great size for a family. Would have wished a curtain or something that divides the queen bed from the rest of the room for some privacy. All in all the hotel was well kept and clean. The iWall game area was appreciated by the whole family. Hotel restaurant was pretty small and you needed to make a reservation in advance to be sure to get a table. Food was good and there where good options to choose from. Nice variety of vegetarian dishes too.

Could stay here for a longer time. 3 room decor to choose from, 1st and 2nd floor amusement park themed, 3rd inspired of nature, 4th have Pentik design. Separate, relaxed sauna areas for women and men. Restaurant could have more vegan options, otherwise nice dinner. Breakfast time is busy. Variety of options to choose, also for special diets.

Aivan mahtavat sängyt. Ihana nukkua, mutta tavallaan hirveä herätä aamulla siihen, että pelästyin missä olen. En ollut kahteen vuoteen nukkunut koko yötä heräämättä kertaakaan ennenkuin tänä yönä. Huoneeni oli juuri hissin vieressä, niin se kyllä kuului huoneeseen aika kovin. Kaikki ihanaa, henkilökunta, huone, aamiainen, kokousruoat.
