5 - 저는 Rejuvenation이라는 Ayurveda의 치료법을 받기 위해 리조트에 왔습니다. 2주간의 Ayurveda는 활력을 되찾고, 균형 잡히고, 에너지가 넘치는 느낌을 줍니다. 요가 세션은 매우 좋습니다. 명상은 균형을 이루었습니다. 직원들은 매우 잘 훈련되어 있고 정중하며 항상 친절합니다. 숙박 시설은 좋고 깨끗합니다.

아름다운 녹지로 둘러싸인 somatheeram은 Ayurveda trea**ent를 위한 완벽한 장소입니다. 의사와 치료사는 훌륭하고 음식도 매우 맛있습니다. 환대는 훌륭합니다. 나는 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈다. 여러분 모두 몸과 마음의 휴식을 위해 소마심람에 오시기를 권합니다.

I stayed at Somatheeram for 3weeks and I could spend great time at here. What I felt the most was “hospitality.” All doctors, staffs and a ***ager cared all guests(patients). I was suffered from several chronic diseases, so the doctor's consultation and therapy was the most important to me. I could talk to doctor every single day, and they arranged trea**ent according to my condition. All doctors and therapists were so kind and it's easier to talk to them even I 'm shy. 몇몇 만성적인 질병을 가지고 있어 매일 약을 복용하는 생활을 수년 계속하고 있었으므로 이번 처음으로 아유르베다의 트리트먼트를 받았습니다. 출국전에 의사와 온라인으로 대화를 해 3주간을 추천되었기 때문에 3주간 체재해, 결과적으로 수년 고민하고 있던 증상의 전부는 아니지만 낫은 것도 있어, 만족하고 있습니다. 일상적인 흐름은 의사의 컨설팅, 트리트먼트이며, 빈 시간에 명상과 요가 수업에 참가하거나 수영장과 해변에서 휴식을 취할 수 있습니다. 분위기로서는 조금 리조트감도 있어 침착할 수 있어, 동시에 의사와 매일 대화해 상황에 따라서 트리트먼트나 약을 변경하기 때문에 치료도 확실히 받을 수 있었습니다. 여기에 와서 1번 느낀 것은 「호스피탈리티」입니다. 의사나 스탭이나 매니저, 전원이 상냥하고, 보면(자) 말을 걸어 주거나 ​​이야기를 제대로 들어 주기 때문에 쾌적하게 보낼 수 있었습니다.

this is my third time. i like everything.good.ayirveda treq**ent. good food and nice people. everything good. healthy food. pool beach is very nice view. garden cottage is amazing. awesome stay. the programe alsi very nice program. i will come next year also. thank you

The environment was amazing, so calming and welcoming. Procedures were very needed and exceeded expectations. We were pampered from head to toes every day. Staff were super friendly and helpful for each of our requests. Loved the experience. Will go back!

Amazing experience! Everything was perfect ❤️ Hôtel magnifique dans un jardin d'Eden avec une vue magnifique sur une plage de rêve. La cure est très sérieuse avec des médecins et des thérapeutes adorables et très professionnels. Des cours de yoga et de méditation quotidiens dans un cadre aspirant au bien-être et à la relaxation profonde. Une nourriture végétarienne excellente, un personnel accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible. Un séjour qui fait du bien au corps et à l'esprit et aux résultats prouvés.
