nice room affordable price.toilet very hygienic. The staff are very friendly. It is a good clean and standard room. The toilet is very clean. Interior is good. Nice bed. We stayed at the hotel for a day. We had taken four rooms and even though the trip was on a short notice, the staff was courteous enough to arrange the rooms within a short notice. The food was also nice . The staff are also highly helpful. The hotel is situated in the heart of Kottayam town. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

Extremely reasonably priced, clean and safe rooms with good breakfast. Location was easy to find too, safe car parking is a big plus, extremely cordial staff , overall a very good experience and definitely visiting again when I come to kottayam.

리리뷰어A place for complete relaxation. Lots of interesting activities, rides, boating, cycling, go carts, food, neat and comfortable stay in this wonderful agricultural theme park. The reception by the team, guiding through the premises are to be noted and highlighted. It is a cool and relaxing place at any time of climatic conditions. Full of plants, trees, fish ponds, pedal boating, basket boating, thuzha vanchi, public and private pools, shikara boats and so. On. We recommend to all enjoy this wonderful place,. Any age and taste

Having stayed in several resorts, we consider Niramaaya a premium resort. Right from the time we stepped in, we were cared for very well. The lake view room is generous in space and well-appointed. The place was quiet and relaxing except for some music next door on one night (a wedding celebration). The food was excellent, and they even cooked special food considering our diet restrictions. The spa and Sauna were great! Very well worth it! Overall a great experience!

Beautiful property by the Vembanad Lake. They have retained the structure and feel of a traditional Kerala home in all their cottages, reception area and restaurants. It’s a beautiful property and one feels transported to a different world when you enter it via their boat. Full marks to Anjana for being one of the most knowledgeable naturalists I have come across. She has an eye for and deep knowledge about all kinds of birds, butterflies and plants in and around the property. That coupled with her cheerful personality made the morning tour, eco tour and butterfly tour really interesting. Meals were ok. Definitely a ton for options- some good and some average. They were kind enough to quickly screw back my trolley’s handle that somehow broke while coming via the boat to the property. Extra laundry bags are chargeable at Rs60 per piece and coconut water comes at Rs 80+ GST. The whole property is surrounded by coconut trees though. They have a bunch of other activities as well. The cultural performance in the evening was spectacular and they took extra care to keep mosquitoes away for a comfortable viewing experience . Abin from front desk came across as lil off. Neither did he welcome me properly nor did he offer a hand with my extra luggage- just seemed in a hurry to get things done. He rattled off all the activities so quickly as well - so the first impression when I checked-in wasn’t really great because of him. That aside, consider this property if you want to truly live & experience Kerala. Hospitality and some bit of staff behaviour definitely pales in comparison to Taj Kumarakom and leaves a lot to be desired. So does the food to an extent. Hence, giving a 3.5/5. However, activities, performances, the whole resort ambience and style makes up for it.

The property is really top notch and one of the best stays in overall India. The experience that it leaves you with is really mesmerizing so one should have a stay here at least once. Well trained and courteous staff special thanks to Priya and her team for arranging and Co ordinating all the activities. Overall a beautiful experience!!!!

Haneef는 취소에 대해 개별적으로 알렸지만 우리가 필요로 하는 경우 미니 사디야를 주선하겠다고 약속했고 우리는 동의했고 그들은 똑같이 주선했습니다. 팀 전체가 맛있고 좋은 서비스였습니다. 우리의 축하를 훌륭하게 만들어 주셔서 감사합니다

I took a three day trip to Illikulam, must say the resort was super awesome, my family really had fun and it was fun experiencing a beach like place were no other land was present except for an endless lake and boats running around. The food was really good just like what you make at home and the staffs were super nice but the food is a little bit expensive but besides that they gave us complementary fruits to eat which were fresh and were produced there only. They also provide place to sit outside which enhances your experience and also we get to eat food there. Rooms were clean as well as the outdoors. Overall a fun place to hang out with your family and experience the beauty of nature and Kerala. Will recommend

리리뷰어We stayed at the Windsor Castle hotel for my niece's wedding. The hotel and gardens were a beautiful wedding venue, with trees and flowers everywhere! The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, with great views. We enjoyed our meals at the restaurant, where the attentive staff helped us learn about the delicious Indian foods on their menu. The best part of our stay was the hotel staff! Everyone, from the front desk team to the bellmen to the housekeeping staff, made us feel welcome, well-cared for, and like we were very special guests. We had a wonderful stay!
