니라아마야 리트리트 백워터 & 비욘드(Niraamaya Wellness Retreats Backwaters and Beyond)

Getting There - 2hrs drive from Kochi airport. The hotel arranged for a transfer taxi. 5,000/- one way. Arrival- Welcomed with chandan tika, welcome drink, cold towel and a big smile by the staff. Room- Got it early then the checkin time. Rooms are big, well lit with good views. But they need a lot of maintenance and refurbishment. Hotel- Green, peaceful, clean. Food & Restaurants - Only 1 restaurant with limited menu. But everything we ordered was delicious and good in portion size.

The beauty of Kerala Backwaters can really be seen at Niraamaya. From the beautiful sunsets to the nightly cultural shows, I felt such a great level of comfort. The staff was amazing! They are the real stars of my vacation.

It was a fantastic stay..... esp. Chef A*** took a perfect care of my family.... one should surely visit this resort, peaceful with beauty...... Entire services were amazing starting from check in, room was clean, they arranged a bharatanatyam dance in the evening, then a perfect dinner in a restro, morning spa, delicious breakfast and lastly the bon voyage cake..... Worth spending money.......

One of the best weekend getaway with family.. really enjoyed the stay and service. Absolutely loved the stay at Niraamaya Backwaters and Beyond. Upon arrival we were greeted with an authentic Indian welcoming. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotless. The restaurant experience was also enjoyable, the food was on point with perfect flavours and presentation. It’s so gorgeous in there and the spectacular view of lake and sunset was incredible. We would have spent more time there. I can’t button up without telling about the service of staff ,they are always welcoming and with a smile. Just a bunch of wonderful people. Loved our trip and return for sure.

We discovered this place last minute because we wanted to have an Ayurvedic experience in Kerala, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made—an incredible experience! The entire staff was magnificent. The booking ***ager was extremely courteous and assisted us with everything efficiently, warmly, and super-fast. In our program, we had Ayurvedic massages, yoga, and meditation. It even included a boat ride through backwater canals, which was fantastic!! The doctor recommended massages based on our dosha, and even collaborated with the chef to offer us a customized menu to follow. Both the massages and the food were beyond expectations. Not only was the place magnificent with a stunning location, but, it was the entire staff that made our stay unforgettable. They were extremely helpful, smiling, and kind. I've traveled a lot in my life, but this is one of those experiences I won't forget for how well I felt. We can't wait to come back. Thank you from the bottom of our heart!

We are a young family from Sydney with a 3 yr old daughter. This was an amazing experience and all of the staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely hospitablle. The facilities and the villa was superb and it made this a truly exceptional experience for our family. It was the real cream on top for our holiday and one that will make sure we revisit this resort again. Thank you Niraamaya Team.

Beautiful spacious suite rooms with air conditioning. The staff was always eager to take care of the guest and made an extra effort to what we wanted and tried to find a way to arrange it. Felt like home.From the moment we arrived at Resort we were greeted with warmth and Hospitality.

Amazing Stay, view and food. Overall good experience. They really pamper you. Must visit for anyone who is planning to visit Kumarakom. Special shout out for Chef Jomon and his team for arranging the candle light dinner
