酒店風景絕絕子！ 定的時候 看圖片完全沒想過這麼好看！房間大小一般 但是景色值得了！管家還帶着我們去後麪的蔬菜園逛逛 酒店裡麪食材都是這個菜園了種出來的

木結構的酒店，晚上有小朋友在樓道跑來跑去，吵！最受不了的是，樓上的房間竟然有人在一直挪傢俱

This hotel is of a bygone era. It’s a beautiful renovation of an old colonial house, and the decor and the communal areas are sympathetic to the building’s history. It was freezing when we were there, so the open fires in the bars were a treat. Our room was large, cosy, and well equipped. The food was great, with a lot of choices even though it was the off season so the hotel was not fully booked. The Jetwing ethos is customer service excellence and the staff at St Andrew’s certainly lived up to expectations.

Not only beautiful from the outside but the inside gives tasteful old world charm and vibes. We were provided a cup of warm soup on arrival and staff wearing cardigans & grandpa hats… old world charm at its finest. The staff were friendly and attentive. Food was exceptional, not only with options, but taste and presentation, it all felt very high level. The inside bar was just gorgeous, roaring fire and nice selection of drinks which were surprisingly cheaper than other hotels. Small surcharge but much less than previous hotels we have stayed in. The bed super comfy, no air con in rooms but this is not needed as your are in high country and the coolest part of Sri Lanka. An in room heater is supplied. Shower water pressure was brilliant and the room was excellently presented. No pool, but again not needed or necessary given the cooler climate. The grounds were stunning to walk around, very old English feels with topiary hedging and flowers galore. I would definitely go back to this hotel, and from our experience will base our future hotels stays within the jetwing brand. Honestly the best hotel we have stayed in over 16 days and multiple hotels/locations in Sri Lanka. We were a party of six people over three rooms, this feedback of a positive experience is resounding of our breakfast conversations from all who stayed.

A lovely, historic lodge in Nuwara Eliya. Gardens are beautiful and enjoyed playing snooker in the game room, but miss not having a pool or better relaxing area. There's no A/C, and while it's cool enough not to need it most times, there are no screens on windows. The restaurant is also without A/C so can be warm dining. The resort is on the edge of town, so not a lot of wandering opportunities close by. Good alternative a base to see tea plantations and national parks nearby.

This hotel is trading on a past reputation which if it was ever justified is long gone. Superficially it looks old and charming, but stay here and you can experience very slow service in the restaurant, mediocre food, but worst of all the paper thin walls that mean you can hear all the crying babies, screaming kids and TVs and conversations from all your neighbours. If you did manage to get to sleep don’t worry you will be woken in the middle of the night by the amplified Fajr call to prayer from the nearby mosque. There is also black mold in the bathroom no doubt because there is no extractor or other form of ventilation to the bathroom. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

This is an amazing hotel! Beautiful rooms, great view, unique experience! The staff is very friendly and helpful. A very special thanks to Visnhu who took us on a bicycle tour true Nuwara Eliya and the tea fields. You are an absolute amazing person! 😍

March 29th visit should be my 10th visit to this amaizing Hotel. Check In to check out is you will not regret a thing. So many things to say about this place, I actually do not have words. I go to st.andrews with my family for all my personal special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, special holidays and when I need to relax. Every time I went there, it was a home in a different world to me and my family. Starting from kelum and the team at front office till the end was so friendly and helpful. At the bar Inoj and his team will always give some amaizing cocktails and some personalized drinks with amaizing bar skills. At the restaurant Ananda with his team including Arshad, Umesh,Namal with amaizing hospitality skills has always made me come again and again. I never feel like going anywhere else for holiday. And most importantly, the amaizing little England atmosphere created by Gayan and the fardening crew is out of this world. I would like to say that St.Andrews has the most beautiful landscaping in srilankan hotels. Also Gayan and his team grows amaizing healthy veggies and herbs for the kitchen. Not forgetting to mention the cleanliness of the hotel. Hats off to the housekeeping team who is always very helpful for all my needs. Finally the food, even the rice they use is custom grown for jetwing in their own fields. Amaizing skills of the chefs is blessed. The mouth watering food will always amaize u. Thank you team St.Andrews for making all my memories mesmerizing and unforgettable.

Jetwing St. Andrews is old school. Unlike almost every other Jetwing Hotel we've stayed in, this property has old school charm. Sure, it doesn't have the pomp and glamour of say, the Grand, but that doesn't really matter. The property is as it is - it gives you a no fuss experience of luxury. It's excellent.
