솔티 웨스트엔드 이타하리(Soaltee Westend Itahari)

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. Couldn’t remember the names however all the staff in front and service were very accommodating and welcoming. Rooms are in great condition. Overall i had great experience and will be back soon 😊. Thank you Soaltee team.

Nice place with beautiful,experience and helpful staff love the place. It is very nice and peaceful for family. Well and comfort bed with utility tools. And last but not least good and fresh food with well and experience services. My experience while staying there is very memorable.

This is my 1st time in soaltee, i went there with my mom for refreshment.we order soft drinks and light meal the taste was so delicious.one of the staff ambika rai was so much friendly.if someone seeking for refreshment i highly recomened you to visit soaltee once you wont regret😘

Too many good things to write.. not enough.. I have to start from the welcome to checkin I have a good feeling it will be a good night.. with my mom and dad and left them to have a nice dinner by themselves.. just wanted them to enjoy themselves…..

We went to the hotel in first week of Jun 2023 for a night stay from Biratnagar. Its a newly inaugarated hotel and felt like the best hotel we have ever visited in East Nepal / Koshi province. The check-in was smooth and took no time thanks to Mr. Sagar at the reception, who checked from time to time that we had no problems during the stay. The lobby is beautiful and was the air-con was working super compared to the 40+ celsius outside. The deluxe room we had booked was very spacious and in fact our 5 year old had ample space to run around and play. The pool was also very nice and clean and we spent most of the day there in the sun. We had room service and visited the restaurant couple of times and the entire restaurant staff was very helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better outing close-by and hope to visit the hotel again soon for making more wonderful memories.

At Itahari, I think this is the best place to stay, enjoy and experience hospitality. Professional services given by the staffs. Food is too good and freshly served. Swimming pool is really big and has clean water.

Great location, 30 mins drive from Biratnagar Airport, under an hour's drive to Bhedetar, and 5 mins to the East-West highway—the best place to stay in the region. The hospitality was excellent. We arrived late and the swimming pool was closed but they opened it only for us. I had great fun staying here. Prices were reasonable too given the service they offered.

I really loved the ambiance of the whole hotel. The staff were very professional and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and clean.The room had all the amenities.The bed was very comfortable and the speed of the Wi-Fi was really fast.The food was really good too. Due to the conference I was not able to use the swimming pool but the pool was really clean and well maintained. I’m definitely coming here again and would recommend this gem of a place to others too.

Probably one of the best ever been in Eastern Nepal. Ten out of ten for their hospitality! 🤲 It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient Would like to be there soon in the near future.
