Mitsis Ramira

The staff at Mitsis Ramira go the extra mile - from being greeted with a fresh homemade lemonade and a hot cloth after travelling, to a smile and prompt service from staff wherever you go. They make the effort to get to know you and even remembered my usual drink. Staff work so hard and nothing is 'too much' - from the catering staff, to the bar staff, to the reception staff and the cleaners. Not forgetting the friendly man who fills up the mini fridge daily with our favourite drinks (included with the all inclusive). They really make the experience 5*. The pools are lovely and clean and the cocktails plentiful and delicious (especially the Pina colada's which are made fresh daily). The food is the best I've ever had at an all inclusive...fresh, high quality and so varied with beautifully Greek touches to the many dishes. The chef cannot do enough for you. You can notify staff about any dietary requirements and they will ensure you are catered for. There is always freshly squeezed orange juice being handed out and beautiful pancakes at breakfast. Everything is included in the all inclusive and there are no 'hidden costs' like some other places have. Such good value for money. Evening entertainment was fantastic and of such high quality. We managed to catch an incredibly talented and fun trio of soul singers on our first night, with beautiful voices. Later in the holiday we had the pleasure of seeing some mesmerising male opera singers perform to guests. There are comfy lounge chairs throughout and a quieter games room for card players. Beautiful hotel beach with a gyros tavern and comfy padded beach beds with umbrellas. Lots of fun things and food to offer, but everything is close by, unlike some resorts. The hotel is near Kos town but they offer a transfer service (the driver is super friendly and accommodating). Rooms are clean and beautifully maintained by the lovely cleaners. I hope you be back. What a wonderful week we have had at the Mitsis Ramira. Everything has been perfect, from the smiley and helpful reception staff to the excellent service from the restaurant and bar staff. The rooms were kept spotless too. This hotel goes over and above to make your joliday one to remember. It is in a great location for visiting Kos town and has its own beach with breathtaking views across to Turkey. The creperie and beach bar are lovely too. I came with two twenty something children and my 92 year old mother. We all loved it! A special mention goes to the restaurant staff for their wonderfully caring attitude to my mother, especially the man at breakfast who made us all start the day with a smile. All the food is fantastic! There was something for everyone including my vegan son. Thank you! We will be back.

Had the best time at Ramira Beach. The service is so good! The food is really tasty and so are the cocktails. Never had such good cocktails at an all inclusive. We loved the small pool near the 600 rooms. But you have to get there early for a sunbed. I’ve put some pictures up of the outdoor gym, as the website and hotel website doesn’t show the new gym. It’s actually quite good! So in case the lack of gym put you off; there’s weights, bars etc. I would recommend hiring bikes from the hotel and cycling around as that was amazing! They have cycle paths so it’s not scary

Amazing hotel especially the housekeeping team and Linda and Rosa! The whole hotel is lovely and the staff are helpful and friendly. The food and the drinks are lovely and all the facilities are lovely and clean. Nothing is too much trouble!

Stuck in Kos airport so thought I’d review! We had an excellent stay here and would thoroughly recommend. Really friendly staff, excellent service and housekeeping throughout, great choice of pools, nice food and lovely gardens. Great place to holiday.

Amazing vacation. I would score Ramira as 10 points from 5 possible here. Brilliant vacation. Hotel, staff, food, beach, drinks, pools - everything is perfect. First few days the weather was not kind to us but the hotel team and the place itself did not give us a chance to be sad. 🌊🍾🎉 The food is very varied and tasty.🌮🥙🍟🍗🍧🍩 Drinks for every taste from beer, wine, whiskey and tequila to prosecco and cocktails of all kinds. 🍸🍹🥂 Housekeeping is top notch. Linda and the team do a great job of keeping everything super clean and comfortable, fresh towels every day, refillable bar in the room. 🛁🛌❤️ The hotel is generally incredibly clean and tidy, both the rooms and the grounds and the beach and all the common areas.🌴🌅 Waiters, bartenders - great respect, they work quickly and professionally. Very delicious cocktails from all over the world! 🍸🍸🍸 Reception gets a special prise. The team are professionals of a very high level, there is no question that they cannot solve in the shortest time.👨‍✈️🦸‍♂️👩‍🚀 Yes, hotel is not super new but even better looking like old money style, and the staff do their best to keep it in a great condition. Everything is working good, sunbeds are all new near the pool and very solid and comfy on the beach. There is sometimes at noon not enough shadow on the beach but it’s not a big deal cause there is plenty of places where to spend hot time. 🏡 Aaannd I need to go I still have several more beautiful days to spend in this magic place. 🏄‍♀️ Would like to say Thank you to all the people who are doing my vacation brilliant.💋💋💋

Well what can I say, this hotel was amazing. Travelling for the 1st time on a Gluten Free diet, this hotel did everything to accommodate my dietary requirements. Each day the chef would come out to see me to advise what I could eat. The restaurant staff where aware of my needs and would provide me with GF bread, freshly made pancakes, desserts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I didn't feel awkward or a pest like when I go to restaurants in the UK. The hotel was very clean, facilities were spot on, staff very friendly. Would recommend this hotel highly. Big big shout out to the chef, kitchen and restaurant staff thank you.

We had a wonderful week at the Mitsis Ramira in May. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff were all so friendly. We enjoyed most of the evening entertainment, Would recomend ordering a drinks refill before you finish your drink as sometimes there is a bit of a wait for drinks to be delivered to your table. Bar service around the pool was excelent thanks to Milton, and never had a problem getting a sun bed no need to be up early to reserve one, and the beach bar and snacks were great. also with plenty of beds. The sun bed matrsses on the beach were the best we ever had. Restraunt staff were very attentive and very friendly. It did get a bit busy at times with small queues to be shown to a table. Italian al a carte was very good, but in the meat restraunt, it would have been nice to have a steak on the menu, Rooms were very nice and kept very clean. It is about an hours stroll into Kos town. Plenty of bars and restraunts in town with beers at 2.50 euros.

Mitsis Ramira is a wonderful hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming upon arrival and helped us throughout our holiday. This included booking transfers and assistance when hiring a vehicle. Fotis was very understanding of our needs. We really enjoyed the food in the main restaurant. The cuisine changed each evening which was great. Our room was kept clean throughout the stay and we really appreciated the top-up of towels and the mini fridge. A big thanks to Florida! Lastly, we were extremely happy to have a beautiful beach just a one minute walk from our hotel room.
