Hotel & Aparthotel Alize Mouscron

Stayed here as part of a package with Leger battlefield tours for 2 nights. Good location for the lively little town Square. Staff were very friendly rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were terrible but at least they had cooked breakfast, i was only expecting a continental breakfast.

Excellent hotel for Leger Battlefields tour trip.We stayed for three nights and the whole experience was wonderful. Easy check in, lovely clean room,comfortable beds and a great hot and cold buffet breakfast. We even had tea coffee and a kettle supplied in the room. Easy walk in to town to bars and restaurants.

We have just returned from the hotel after a stay of 3 nights with Just Go for a Chris**as trip. A lovely warm hotel with very comfortable rooms. A very good breakfast with plenty of choice. There were plenty of excellent places to eat very close to the hotel so a good location. One little ******, the shower in our bathroom had to be run for quite a while for the hot water to come through, maybe some change to the plumbing? Overall an excellent hotel and Chris**as break.

We know this hôtel for many years now. We are Always very pleased to stay in this place. We warmly recommand this hotel. People IS very kind with customers. Rooms are clean and matress very comfortable. Breakfast is very good. You have a wonderful choice. The hotel is very well located in Mouscron. Do not hésitate to stay there.

Car park is only 1.9m max and is expensive breakfast is very expensive at 19 euros but other than that great hotel

This hotel is excellent the staff we’re superb the food was very good the room was very clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend this hotel it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in just a note to the staff thank you for a wonderful stay

Recently stayed at Hotel Alize for three nights and had a great stay. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, two pillows, one firm and one soft - lovely. Tea tray in room an added bonus. Breakfast delicious, a choice of both hot and cold dishes with a variety of juices, cereals, breads etc. all of a high quality. All staff encountered were professional and polite. Can certainly endorse the 4 star rating awarded by the tour company.

We spent an excellent few days here. The hotel is in a superb town centre location. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The restaurant was open and stylish with a superb breakfast choice. We didn’t use the bar or restaurant for dinner but they looked inviting. Staff were brilliant (helpful and friendly throughout our stay). We would happily stay here again and commend the hotel to others.

I, along with a party of 40 stayed at this hotel as part of Leger Battlefield Tours. The rooms are excellent and have all amenities required, including safe, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer etc. Lift to all floors. Check in was extremely simple and hassle free. Staff were amazing and very helpful and spoke English well. The bar stock some lovely Belgian draft including Leffe. The Town have some lovely restaurants within walking distance of the Hotel. Would highly recommend La Cloch. They managed to cater for 22 of us, by walking in with no reservation. Breakfast at the hotel is lovely and have a variety of food available, you wont go hungry. They have a good feature where you can get a ,,€5 bar voucher for every day you don't want your room serviced. There's not much more to say - anyone that writes a negative review about this hotel must be expecting the hilton or ritz - its fabulous.
