Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

This was the worst experience I had, the hotel is dealt like a kiosk, first there is no parking, if you need to park your car, you have to pay extra money, second if you need a glass or a fork, you have to pay extra, and you‘ll find no kettle, either you pay more or you have to go to the reception to get boiled water if you would like to drink coffee or tea, the towels were very old an smelly, the soap containers and the tissues were empty. The beds were very old and you could see how it shapes the springs on the mattress, as the mattresses were very thin

Parking was limited around the property and the front desk kept telling me it was ok to park in the lots nearby even though signage said you couldn't. My room had one tiny pillow and I really had to push the front desk to get another. The bathroom door automatically shut making it always swampy . The AC almost never turned on and the fan couldn't be operated separately from the AC.

Overall one night stop over stay was good. Hotel is clean and modern with a grocery store convenient located in front. However good signage would help as we just come off a huge roundabout and there are so many structures blocking the view of the hotel from the road that one is not sure where to enter to reach the hotel. Also, we had problem using the keypass to get from our level to the lobby. Our friend managed to get from her floor to the lobby and asked for help. Receptionist kept insisting for us to just push the button. Receptionist was closed to impolite to my friend. Another receptionist came to our floor to help. We then realised that we were using our key pass for the service lift. This is where the problem when there was no indication that it is a service lift. When we just checked in, we cannot be expected to remember to turn left or right when exiting our room. We felt bad that we had used our key pass on the wrong elevator but it would help if the first receptionist was more helpful and a good sign be out on the service life to say its not meant for guests.

The two of us had a family room on the 5th floor, and the room was fine; the only unusual thing to us was that there were no kettle or cups in the room. However, there was unlimited hot water available from the lobby. Although our room overlooked a highway, there was no traffic noise to be heard (with the windows closed) The stay included a Bodenseecard West for the two of us which gave free access to local transport, and there is a handy bus (number 6 - four buses an hour during work time on weekdays; fewer in the evenings / weekends - schedule posted in the lobby) which runs from two bus stops near the hotel to the centre of Konstanz (including the main train station). Copious breakfast available.

Nice hotel. Our room was large (two sleeping areas that could be divided). The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good but not great. Definitely worth it.

We were here for 3 nights during last week end. It was disappointing to discover that cleaning the room was only on demand! They clean the room only if you ask for it but when we did the check in nobody reminded us this rule! Ok there is a message on the door but I didn't read it carefully. The room was really beautiful and clean. The breakfast was poor: not so big choice is given, I would say it's essential. Park places are limited and for two nights we didn't have a place so we had to park in the ALDI parking place having the problem to wake up early to change the place to the car (this is a parking with sensors and there is a fine of 30€ if you park over there for a long stay when ALDI is open) We believe we paid a lot (220€ per night 2 adults+ 1 kid, parking not included, breakfast yes) for the level of services we received.

We initially booked Ibis Budget which is next door, However they gave us an upgrade to Ibis Style. Room was ok, facing the road and all supermarket car parking. I really liked the large shower and bathroom. Breakfast was included, but is very basic. Always very busy both morning. If you want to visit Kostanz City , you must get train from Kostanz Fürstenberg to Kostanz, train station is only less than 10 minutes walking.

Hotel is situated just outside of Konstanz. There’s a bus stop close by and you can use the bus with your guest card for free. Hotel staff was very friendly, breakfast selection was very good. Unfortunately our mattress had clearly been used for too long, so the bed wasn’t terrible comfortable.
