Noxinn Deluxe Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive 후기

우리는 3명의 아이를 포함한 9명의 파티였습니다. 이 호텔은 정말 큽니다. 안타깝게도 시설이 투숙객 수를 감당할 수 없습니다. 수영장 주변에는 약 1000명의 투숙객과 약 200개의 선베드가 있을 것으로 추산했고 해변에서도 마찬가지였습니다. 따라서 선베드 전쟁이 분명합니다. 선베드가 없는 사람들은 수영장 옆 점심 구역 주변의 테이블과 의자를 이용합니다. 그러면 점심을 먹을 곳이 없고 직원들은 테이블이 없으면 점심을 제공하지 않습니다!! 저는 25년 동안 터키를 방문했고 항상 환대가 훌륭하다고 느꼈습니다. 여기는 그렇지 않습니다!! 직원들은 무례하고 퉁명스럽고 무시합니다. 영어를 선택적으로 구사하고 주문을 가지고 장난치는 듯하거나 아예 가져오지 않습니다. 예외는 수영장 에어로빅을 하는 러시아 소녀와 키즈 클럽 위 칵테일 바에 있는 남자아이였는데 둘 다 정말 친절했습니다. 음식은 적어도 말할 것도 없이 맛이 없습니다. 아침 식사는 끔찍합니다. 저녁 뷔페는 형편없습니다. 점심은 먹을 수 있다면 괜찮았지만 훌륭하지는 않았습니다. 점심을 먹기에 가장 좋은 곳은 비치 바입니다. 결국 우리는 가능한 한 밖에서 먹었습니다. 우리 방은 아주 작았습니다. 건설 현장이 내려다보였고, 바로 옆에 그들의 매장이 있었습니다. 그들은 오전 9시경에 전동 공구를 테스트하는 경향이 있습니다. 우리 TV는 작동하지 않았지만, 우리 일행이 보고한 문제 때문에 우리는 시간이나 노력을 낭비하지 않고 보고했습니다. 다시 아무도 갑자기 영어를 하지 않았습니다. 호텔은 어떤 이유에서인지 우리를 좋아하지 않는 러시아인들로 가득 차 있습니다. 음식 줄에 끼어들고, 엘리베이터에 끼어들고, 심지어 우리 아이들의 접시에서 음식을 가져가는 것까지, 이 모든 것이 합쳐져 편안하고 즐거운 휴식을 취하기에는 완전히 잘못된 분위기와 환경입니다. 결국 우리가 거기에 있는 이유입니다. 두 별은 청결에 대한 것입니다. 직원들은 항상 청소하고 너무 좁기는 하지만 전반적인 시설은 괜찮습니다. 제 조언은 다른 곳을 찾아보라는 것입니다. 우리는 집에 있고 휴가가 필요하다는 것이 모든 것을 말해줍니다. 처음으로 떠나게 되어 기뻤습니다!!!!! 점심 메뉴 치즈버거 사진이 포함되어 있습니다. 우리는 치즈였던 것으로 추정되는 노란색 페이스트를 알아보지 못했습니다.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at the hotel. The downsides are that need more cleaning and stocking of toilets. Often no toilet roll and not kept clean. Lots of waiting to be served in the lobby bar as staff ignored us on occasions. Poor labelling of food. My daughters are vegan and vegetarian and found little to pick from as lots of food labelled as vegetables had meat in. Soups also made with meat stock. These are minor things that can be addressed. The entertainment in the evening needs some work. Amateur shows. Would prefer more external acts. Karaoke or something. The beach bar needs to stay open for longer. The positives though are some wonderful kind and helpful staff at the restaurants and bar. Ugar and Berkann who I want to keep as my son. So lovely to everyone and always smiling. The energy of the animation team, especially our friend Josephine. Mustafa and Ali. Our wonderful friend who owns the florist, what a wonderful man you are. Habip the operations manager who was so lovely. We had the best holiday here and would love to return.

We had a great experience in this hotel! The hotel management surprised my wife by giving her some birthday gifts!!! We went on a tour boat and came back to see the gifts in our room. Cleanliness of the hotel stood out for me. Foods were tasty and amazingly surplus!! We will surely revisit!!

The worst hotel. Ever been in clean big and lovely hotel food dreadful stuff even worse No a fussy eater but the same thing to eat dinner and tea times Breakfast give up for 30 minutes to get a fried egg or pancake while 20 Russians pushed to the front and just grab Still have not seen one member of staff speak to anyone just like brain dead robots ignoring everyone

Great experience really friendly and helpful staff. Niran from Guest relations was super helpful and really went out of her way to assist me with my specific dietary requirements. Good variety of food for all meals too. Though the gym needs new equipment and maintenance.

Not a 5* but there are some really good points about this hotel but equally some points that let it down. Good points are it’s really clean, rooms are really big and there is always something on to do during the days and nights. The evening entertainment is really quite good and we had a good time. You’ll enjoy this hugely if you like a lively atmosphere. Would also recommended upgrading to a sea view room if offered. We were in room 6015 and the views were amazing. Bad points are the food in the main restaurant is hit and miss but I always found something to eat. It gets really busy and some guests can be quite rude but that’s not the hotels fault. There’s no real dress code for evening meals either some people were coming in swim wear which wasn’t so good The beach could so with a clean as again some guests decide to leave rubbish and cigarette ends in the sand and I didn’t see any staff combing the beach to clean it. Overall we had a great holiday but not a 5*

We had a great holiday at this hotel. It's a large and clean hotel, as are the spacious and clean rooms. You can eat in the indoor restaurant and also at lunchtime on the beach. There was plenty of choice. There are several bars where you can get drinks, although the lobby bar is the best, as they also serve imported drinks. They also have the best cocktails. The entertainment team is truly fantastic and goes out of their way to organize lots of activities. Special thanks to Anastasiia! A very cheerful and enthusiastic lady who, besides organizing activities, also comes to have a nice chat with you. She's also a great Zumba dancer and instructor. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday here.

Noxinn Deluxe Hotel is the best hotel. Everything was great. We had a great time. The activities were great fun. Big thanks to the best entertainment group. All the people who did the activities and entertainment were really good. Big thanks to all the girls and boys in the entertainment group.

I travel quite often and have been to 2 star hotel which was way better than this. Shocking food quality (cold, dry and tasteless) it’s given us both stomach issues the whole week. Hotel entertainment etc is tailored to Ukrainian and Russian people which wouldn’t have been a problem but they were really rude and had no manners including most of the staff members. Pools are so so cold barely anyone went in them so the beach was packed because everyone had to go there.Hotel itself is nice looking and the rooms are a generous size. We okayed for a Turkish bath inside the hotel that was the best thing and best service in this hotel. Mexican restaurant was also horrible. Transfer we booked through love holidays was also horrible the way there, we got shouted at by the driver who didn’t speak any English, then he threw our bags on the floor when we arrive at the hotel.

My Daughter and I have just got back from a week in this hotel.. omg it is totally overrun by Russians, I have never come across so many rude people in my life! The hotel is beautiful but they really let it down! Meal times were horrendous, they push and shove all of the time and the amount of food they eat and waste is unbelievable, I wouldn’t say the hotel caters for the British at all! To be honest there was only a couple of the staff in the hotel that were friendly, shout out to the young man in the cocktail bar, also there was a young waiter who was really accommodating, he worked in the main restaurant and also the snack bar, I think his name was Seb something, also the little blonde waitress in the relax bar, all the other waiting staff were really rude and didn’t smile or interact, the transfer from the airport is far too long, between 2-3 hours. The food was nice but always cold, it’s a shame really because the hotel it lovely.
