Such a wonderful property with well ***nered staff. The attitude of each and every staff from front desk till the house keeping is commendable. They are very pleasant and very friendly. Food was good and the rooms were very clean, spacious and well maintained.

Super place to relax especially food and ayurveda spa are excellent....Dr Reju,anandu and rakhi are very good .... the place is very clean and serene...must visit . Sunset bar is good to relax and lot of picture points...good for family...

Excellent staying experience in Fragnant Nature Resort. We as a group of NITans stayed there during our reunion period. Very beautiful, clean, hygienic natural back water resort. All staffs are very cordial, caring, smiley faces & helpful. Foods are very yummy & delicious including barbecue. We have enjoyed classical music, dance, DJ music & cultural evening programme during our staying period. We had college alumni Reunion here at Fragrant Nature resort which located in scenic environment , is very neat , clean and hygienic, well and beautifully designed, kind, smiling and courteous staff ! Very good and delicious food served in barbecue and restaurant!! And cultural program ( Bharatnatayam dance perfor***ces and Singers )at the open space was very good overall a lifetime experience and I wish to be back here again with family in future!!

Welcoming was very nice, the surrounding was so beautiful and well maintained. The staffs are extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful especially Ms. Leeba. Lake view was amazing and kids zone & pool was nice to enjoy. The breakfast was very good and staffs were so helpful overall I had a great experience with this resort.

This wonderful holiday exceeded all my expectations! A huge thank you to the expert advice and detailed professional consultations from Dr. Reju Ravindran for each of the Ayurvedic treatments. It was a pleasure to meet someone who is so knowledgable and at the same time enjoys their job so much. Thank you so much to my excellent therapist Siva for doing an unbelievably great job with each treatment! Simply 10/10 The food was simply superb so a big clap for our charismatic head Chef Ashok plus all the friendly staff in the restaurant. oh and the surprise leaving cake was yummy too! Very sweet of you to organise that for us I will miss you all and look forward to coming back soon to visit this beautiful place again My biggest regret was that we only stayed 7 days instead of 10 or more!

The food is also a standout, with a diverse menu featuring both local and international cuisine. The chefs are happy to customize dishes to your preferences.

We sadly had only one night at this property, but we very much enjoyed our stay here. We were very impressed by the room, staff, restaurant food and facilities. The children really enjoyed having a little go on the complimentary Swan pedalo, we really liked both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. And the restaurant staff were really helpful and friendly. The sunset bar is a great place to sit and have a drink at sunset, with more great staff. I would definitely recommend people stay here.

This hotel is a real gem set in the most wonderful lakeside location imaginable. We loved our time here enjoying the wonderful views from our room, gorgeous sunsets from the sunset bar and the beautiful gardens which are so well maintained. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly, they are a great credit to your hotel. My partner has already mentioned some of the staff in her own review but I would also like to thank the guy who looks after the pool area as he was so helpful And also the garden team who work so hard to keep everything looking as lovely as it does.
