클럽 마힌드라 아시타무디(Club Mahindra Ashtamudi)

We stayed at Club Mahindra Ashtamudi Kerala from 20 Nov 2023 to 23 Nov 2023 as Club Mahindra members. Location : (6/10) Slightly on interior of Kollam Outskirts, next to Ashtamudi lake. Pre-reception and reception : (7/10) We were contacted prior to check in about confirmation and subsequently thrice on the day of check in as we could arrive at hotel by 2145 hrs, and rooms were kept accordingly. However, reception staff was cold. Ambience and rooms : (9/10) Big property, variety of rooms, (we stayed in Studio K which was bid and with small kitchenette) , surroundings are beautiful. Staff and service: (6/10) Staff lacks warmth which is characteristic of other CM resorts. Travel desk was unhelpful and much costlier. Did not find much of evening activities which are part of other CM resorts. However, Mr Prem Krishnan was very helpful and interacted with visitors with enthusiasm. Food: Food as usual is over priced even for a fine dine restaurant. However, taste wise it was good. Value for money: (7/10) Positive points ambience, surroundings and rooms which co****sates for everything else. Negative points - staff

It was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The room was right in front of the waterfront. We ate at the restaurant most of the time, the food service was excellent, and the menu had a variety of options to eat. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The arrangements for travel to Jatayu was very well coordinated. Affordable vacation.

Excellent service , i would highly recommend lineesh for the boat drives... Very happy with the service and the way he explained things...The ***grove forest visit and the ocean visit to collect the shells both are highly recommended...very happy over all

Had a very enjoyable time. Special mention to Mr.Sharanappa, the activity ***ager. He was phenomenal and looked after us really well. Mr. Linesh, the speed boat driver was brilliant. He showed us the different parts of the lake and river and helped us the life of people in these parts of the world. Mr.Karan was great and gave us a great idea of how club Mahindra works. We converted to a red membership owing to his explanation. Deepesh from the happy hub was fun. He was so courteous with the kids.

I'm Shravan, me and my family visited this amazing property of Ashtamudi Club Mahindra and it was a fabulous experience and we are more than delighted to express our thanks and gratitude to the entire team/staff of Club Mahindra Ashtamudi. Head Chef Mr Suresh, Chef Mr Ram for their fantastic, delicious, hygienic and variety of dishes served, Mr Ali who helped us take a fantastic package for the buffet, Prabath Verma who was an intern but was very welcoming when we checked in and conveyed us all the necessary information regarding the stay and other amenities, Sibbi Raby a very hardworking and polite girl who was very proactive about the hygiene of the restaurant and was excellent in her services, we also had a fantastic experience at the Spa Svvastha where Mr Vijay, Akhilesh guided us with the very beautiful couples package of Bliss therapy and which was made mesmerizing by Mr Vineeth and Miss Athira. Fantastic quality of clothes at the souvenir store and very humble and polite behaviour by Mr Naushad and Basha. We were given a beautiful option of photo shoot by the resort team which was executed flamboyantly by Mr Sebin , Satish and a new joinee sorry I don't recollect his name but they were very energetic, enthusiastic and expertised as we experienced a wonderful photo shoot. Also to mention the wonderful speed boat ride by Mr Srikumaran. Thanks to Sudesh from the housekeeping team wonderful job execution in regards to maintenance of rooms on daily basis. Thank to Mr Sabastian and Mr Vinod the ***agers who were very precise and welcoming in the communication over call. Not only the mentioned team but we extend our appreciation, thanks and gratitude to the entire team and staff of Club Mahindra Ashtamudi for making our stay the most memorable and fabulous. Thank you so very much for your flamboyant hospitality and would recommend and looking forward for ***y more visits. Thank you so much team Ashtamudi Club Mahindra keep up the great work.

Asthamudi Club Mahindra Kerala - Sharanappa Gowda, the ***ager overseeing activities and public relations, is known for his boundless enthusiasm and helpful nature. From the moment we arrived, he provided invaluable guidance and assistance. Should you require anything during your stay, Sharanappa Gowda is readily available to help. On a personal note, when we inquired about a facility for the trea**ent and care of individuals with paralysis, he promptly reached out to his contacts to ensure we received the necessary guidance for our visit. We are deeply grateful for your exceptional service, Sharanappaji. Thank you immensely.🙏🏻 Another person we would like to mention is the Chef - Suresh Pillai - excellent food, services and on personal level too he helped us when we asked for his guidance which helped us to get a refund which we thought might be impossible. A very down to earth person. You can always approach him for anything related to the meals and he will always help you and serve you with a smile. Other staff names that cannot be missed out are Jaisingh (Happy Hub) and Linesh(the speed boat captain) who took us to Munroi island. Excellent services. Overall experience was very pleasing. Made our vacation indeed a memorable one. Thank You 🙏🏻

Most memorable experiences we have had with the family. If you are visiting Munroe island, take the morning tour (6am to 8am) tour with the speedboat. The guide was very helpful and made it very interesting for us. The pictures during this time are beautiful especially.

Amazing trip to Asthamudi Culb Mahindra highlights of which was the Floating Cottages and the Boat rides on the Asthamudi Lake. Special appreciation and thanks to Mr Lineesh, speed boat driver who made it a thrilling and awesome experience on Asthamudi lake, the backwaters and Munroe Island wetlands. Surely a must do activity at Asthamudi Club Mahindra. Also great hospitality was shown by Mr Vergeese, ***ger who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and Mr Ali at Ripple restaurant for providing great meals during our stay.
