They provided me with a room on the ground floor. The room was stinking and was too small. The linens were also torn and dirty. There was no provision of hot water

Horrible experience with this hotel. rude stuffs, non cooperative, dirty room, bed, toilet. just not acceptable. even they dont to change bed sheet daily unless you request so. lots of insects inside the room. dirty and smelly bed sheet and pillow covers.

Golden apple boutique hotel is a unique hotel for the backpack traveler. I choose this dormitory because i wanted to save money because i am alone. I used to go there only for sleeping time. The whole day i was busy for the shopping. This hotel is very neat and clean. Front office stuffs are good in manner. There are different types of rooms in this hotel. This is a medium luxury hotel. Only bad thing is that the dormitory rooms are located on the roof top floor. There is no connection for this by elevator. But you can go up to the 3rd floor by their elevator.
