Staff good, experienced and efficient .

Good location near airport

We were a group and had done a prior booing already. All details of number of person (13) with 4 room requirement was entered via agoda but reception at the hotel mentioned that it was done only for 4 persons and charged for the rest. To top it, hotel bedsheets had fresh blood stains which was really gross! Will not recommend the hotel to anyone especially since the staff at the reception were not friendly at all and yes, of course the cleanliness part which really takes the cake.

Preference was for hotel near airport. This hotel is bang on the busy road of Kolkata. Rooms are smaller and suitable only for one person per room. Somehow hotel is loved by north East Indians, south East Asians and Chinese folks. Ac was good. Shower was well quarantined. Overall Breakfast preparation was bit salty. May be chef can evaluate the reasons. On last day at breakfast I casually asked, why don’t they keep some Bengal sweet at breakfast?, as a delight, I was offered authentic jaggery Rosogolla!!

Not for families. It is Very spooky and dingy. There are Lots of other activities other than just sleeping.it is very Untidy. Worst & Rude waiters. My worst experience so far. Never recommend this place for anyone. Dirty bedsheets and toilets

Ethnotel, Kolkata is a very nice property close to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport in Kolkata, India. The rooms are good, staff members are very helpful. The quality of food and beverages from the in-property restaurant is pretty good. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to stay close to the Kolkata International Airport.

To name a few - Baishali Das, Anik Mallick, Abinash Bhattacharya. Koushik Banerjee - thank you for your support. Thanks to housekeeping staff. My room was cleaned every day. The staff are friendly and always endeavor to do their best. In particular thanks to Bidhan da - you have been great and have cleaned my room everyday. The hotel is neat and clean and presentable. Thanks to all restaurant staff for their professionalism, timeliness of delivery and for the delicious meals. Again dont know everyone's names. Thank you to Dipankar da, Pallav da and everyone in the team. The drivers who picked and dropped me off to the airport were on time and helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Comfortable hotel close to the airport. Excellent staff who took care of all of our needs.

no foot mat in the bathroom and bed room. Bath room was look like dirty. Otherwise food was very good, staffs are very polite, friedly and their approach was very good.
