Happy and satisfied with service, experience with the ird, upper crust, house keeping was all excellent. In Upper crust we met with Bibek and jyoti and they both were only incharge, and also they took care of us with the pretty smile and positive attitude Will visit again Thank you so much Jyoti and Bibek

Room is completely very nice especially housekeeping services or very good if I mention Kartik from house keeping it very polite staf again I am coming very soon. Also lili pond view is perfectly good view my balcony side again when I will come please allocate kartik on this floor .

The stay was really pleasant. ***as helped me by the room service well. Very polite. Would like to visit again. The room was thoroughly cleaned and well taken care of. The type of service actually provided was a 5 on 5 rating and surely such experience is well appreciated.

Stay at ITC sonar was excellent (Better than my stay at ITC royal in feb 2024) ITC sonar Housekeeping team was superb specially Mr. Bireswar Mondal a very polite & hard working person, he ensured that room remained clean & in order & always checked on me if I needed anything. Restaurant side the team was very responsive and polite specially bhavana and shabnam.

The pillows and the bed linen the most comfortable thst we have ever used. The standard room was comfortable ..maybe the carpet needs a clean up . As for the cloak room.s, it is efficient and meets the necessities. To be honest, came here to spend our Anniversary night and on check in found it to be nothing special except the pink balloons. When I compare it to Royal , I am disappointed as last year on my birthday night at Royal, they truly gave me a surprise with sn upgraded room and the experience was brilliant. Wanted to have some nuts on payment in the room, thete were no nut packets instead found biscuits and mad angles..that was tad disappointing. Other than the above, enjoyed thr peace and tranquility. Maybe at the check in , the person behind the reception could be a little more warm..polite he was but warmth missing.

Debjoyti and ***as from the housekeeping services are two wonderful gentlemen with great services. They were prompt and courteous with their help. They came outside of their normal hours to help us as needed. I’m highly satisfied at their services

Visited ITC Sonar after almost 6 months. This is most iconic ITC Property – more like a resort . Great Rooms, fantastic location , ambience , top class & yummy food & above all great team that gives you service & respect all the time….always feel like coming back Was well received by a dashing Santanu(DM) , checked in by smart guy ,Gaurav . At check out Ali & Sudipa helped in smooth check out At Eden Pavillion , was well taken care of by Capt Rebecca & Capt Avijnan . The service associates Afsana & Prarthana were very good too . Missed meeting Chef Shubhankar…but nicely enjoyed the breakfast made by talended young Chefs (Dhananjay & Chef Sagar) Had a short & sweet stay at the Upper Crest Lounge – Met Capt (A boy from Darjeeling)…very nice & courteous guy The Bell Desk team of Rajiv , Koushik , Rohit & few others were very helpful . The IRD Team of Jyoti , Arkodeep , Sharmila , Bhavna (lucknow Girl) & another service associate (Kuka? ) were all v nice Housekeeping Team of Chandan, Shadab , Sourav helped well , Faroukh my friend from HK came to meet me especially . Thank you Had Chance to visit & say hello to my friend Capt Sumeswar …always pleasure meeting this fine gentle***. His team member Traishik & was nice too … Capt Kishan , boy from ***ipur , is a great guy to talk to…Met a charming Arlene at the Lobby of ITC Royal Bengal. A very short stay , but enough to create some lovely memories. Thank you everyone for nice hosting
