I booked online a room for business meeting and paid online, after reaching the hotel they didn’t allowed me to check-in . As per their concern they can’t provide the room in the amount OYO had charged me online. So I tried OYO customer care more than 100 times and mailed them too but haven’t got any assistance neither my amount back . And didn’t got the room also that day. It’s very disappointing to be connected with OYO , I immediately deleted their apps.
