비지텔 - 어 부티크 호텔(Visitel - A Boutique Hotel)

The Hotel rooms are really marvelous about decorations. And the food is really worth of the money. And the helping of every member from "Arrival to Departure" thereby. It's a such of heavenly feelings on there. ❤️💐While you will have seated on the Restaurant. Which is on the road fence side. I thought the real American version , whichever I was in India. The place is too soothing. And the each people & about hotel ***agements are ***aging everyday's of their stuffs particularly.

Ambiance was good. Staffs were very supportive.Room was neat and clean. Situated at main road so,easy to reach. tv cable wasn’t recharged but I don’t need so no issue. Good thing they provide items which generally I forget to take with me or I avoid travelling with.

Excellent service very pomt friendly service Very near to international airport.2 step away from apollo hospital.breakfast was too good around 20 item is there food was testy.staff are very polite and humble. I always recommend this hotel.

Stay at this hotel at your own risk, it’s full of thieves, expensive items were stolen and the ***ager takes no responsibility or even bothers sorting out the issue. I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel like the plague, horrible experience

My wife stayed at this hotel from Oct 5-8, 2023. Two sets of earrings and her watch were stolen from her room. But what was worse was the apathy of the ***ger Sajal who instead of promising to investigate simply denied it could have happened. Unfortunately my wife only discovered the theft after returning home to Gurgaon so could not report to the local police. Stay at your own risk at this so called boutique hotel.

Worse experience ever. I have booked for 5 nights. They asked me to pay for 2 nights while checkin. That’s fine no problem. On third day they called me at morning asking me to pay for remaining days. I told them that I will come at evening time , that time I will pay. Again after 2 hours someone from hotel called me again and asking for amount. They never respect their customer. All my luggage were inside the room. Inside the room there were few snacks kept ranging from 5 - 10 rs. Obviously they are complimentary as there were no price mentioned by the hotel. There were 5 or 6 snacks packed. While checkout they asked me to pay 225 RS. I just paid and left. Worse experience ever.

We stayed here before. The hotel is good for budget friendly people. But the food & service is good. ***agement has done a good work over the month. The receptionists are very professional and friendly. The food is also good. Try the soul kitchen restaurant. It's good.

Good Staff. They are always friendly. The food & service has upgraded since. Housekeeping people are very friendly so is the service team. Hope they take care like this always. Try the buffet which is very good. Their new menu is also very good.

Hotel is near to metro station and Airport. Conveniently on the road. Good for quick bite & buffet. Online rates are better. Try out the restaurant, it's quite good and value for money. Family friendly and rates are much better. Best hotel on these part of the city
