The 1/1 Park Street Hotel

Booking this hotel was the worst thing happened to me in kolkata. Top most thing, there were cockroaches all around the room, worst was when they were on bed over me. Cockroaches everywhere, bathroom, bedroom, bed, sofa, toilet, everywhere. While i complaint them, they came up and sprayed some black hit spray, which didn't help actually. Next big thing was the not working properly air condition, the manager simply smiled and said "yeah, i know it is a little bit of hot, and i cannot do anything about it. Do not fall in trap, due to its location, as that is the only good thing about this one. So, no wonder they have a non-refundable booking policy.

Location is good, accessible to different places nearby. Very near to new market. And the customer handling is really good. But need a little bit more cleaning in terms of bedsheet and blankets rest everything is fine

Rooms are good, clean, new colored, located in main park street. Only too much noise in the morning.

The hotel was good but the basics were not present and also staff were not much supportive guest check in was unable so overall it was a bad experience for me and my guests

The rooms were not very clean, there was no lock in the bathroom door, the bathroom was filled with bad odour which used to fill the room with and smell which was unbearable. Overall not at all a good stay.

They did not give car service they said they have. They said tv service *** coming to set tv but also don't came

Location. Very good food. Good eateries nearby, online delivery also available amenities. Fair staff. Very good and cooperative especially rajesh hygiene. Average

All partition of rooms are of ply. You can hear everything of the adjacent room. Lots of disturbance from adjacent room.

The blanched looks not washed for years and it was torn as well. Worth for 1000rs per night. No locks on bathroom and hot water is expected to come for max 2 to 3min. Bed also looks very old
