아난타라 라사난다 코팡안 빌라(Anantara Rasananda Koh Phangan Villas)

모든 것이 높은 수준입니다. 특히 직원복의 청결도에 주목하고 싶습니다! 이것(이것뿐만 아니라)이 모니터링되고 있다는 것은 분명합니다. 언제나 그렇듯이 훌륭한 침대, 린넨 등) 단점 중 방의 습도가 지나치게 높고 에어컨에 제습 모드가 없다는 점에 주목하겠습니다. 그렇기 때문에 잠을 자기도 힘들고, 습기로 인해 숨쉬는 것도 그렇습니다. (우리는 빌라 26을 가지고 있었습니다)

저는 코팡안에 20번 정도 가봤습니다. 저는 이 리조트가 코팡안 최고의 호텔이라고 생각합니다. 편의 시설, 환대, 음식 및 친절한 직원은 정말 놀랍습니다. 직원 중 한 명인 Non는 우리에게 매우 협조적이었습니다. 파티를 좋아하지 않는 가족이나 커플에게 이 리조트에 머무르는 것을 추천하고 싶습니다. 하지만 파티를 즐기는 분이라면 Haad Rin이나 Ban Thai에 머무르는 것이 더 나을 것입니다.

Mega Hotel super Personal wir sind schon das zweite mal dort gewesen und kommen 100 pro wieder

Это великолепный отель. Начиная от месторасположения, заканчивая маленькими деталями в номере - спрей от москитов в парфюмерном флаконе. Персонал очень вежливый, заботливый. Чувствуешь себя в абсолютном комфорте и безопасности. Территория отеля очень красивая, утопает в зелени. Завтраки - великолепные . Есть все . Формат шведский стол+ заказ по меню. Любые виды яичницы, каши, соки, авокадо тосты, фрукты и т.д. В отеле необходимо оставлять депозит 1000 бат , при выезде возвращают. Из минусов - одну ночь сильно шумела компания на соседней вилле. С музыкой, танцами и т.д. Думаю отель должен принимать меры и не допускать такого. Все таки формат не отеля не предполагает шумные вечеринки.

we have booked garden pool villa number 2 for 5 days .good size of plunge pool and garden inside is very well decorated . we enjoyed a lot during our stay Thanks to Lily she assisted well during our stay and Management did their utmost to pampering us. there are minor negatives, first one is waves 2 days flat sea and three days waves !!! it might be our luck 😀second one is breakfast lack variety of food and staff that makes the service very slow indeed. Other than above two ,everything went smooth and well organized. Once again thank to Management and Lily gave moral when we were down.

Easily one of the best resorts we have stayed at. Beautiful beach, well designed and well run hotel. The services at restaurants, and beach front are outstanding, the general services such as the butler service is also amazing, very caring and great attention to detail. We went to the teppanyaki for dinner one night, I think the food quality is so so only but was a good experience. If you want good food with good value, you can stick with the beach restaurant. The spa is also just perfect Can’t wait to go back again

Still great but some *******. We love this hotel and the surrounding village so much that this was our 4th visit, very unusual for us. Very few of the original staff team from February 2020 remain so it was lovely to see Tua’s smiling face again and Lilly who looked after us was a real gem. There is still an excellent staff team though, a real credit to the running of the resort. Management is far lower key though than in previous visits with. Each visit had a different manager but they all were incredibly hands on and customer focused Carla, Yainnis and Andrea gave the hotel such a personal touch and personality on our previous visits over the years. David introduced himself but the regular breakfast visits and the personal welcome was not in place. On our last stay in 2020 the complementary yoga had been replaced with a 500 baht charge which was just about acceptable. This is now 1,500 baht plus tax and service. Many hotels in Thailand offer daily yoga free, a big determinant in us picking a resort and something that may affect our future bookings. We also noticed that a similar charge was in place on the transit day in an Anantara in Koh Samui so guess it may have altered across the chain. The mini complementary massages had also gone. There are some great local massage places which I enjoyed though. We were welcomed with a lovely complementary bottle of sparkling wine in our room which was a nice gesture and one day Lilly brought us surprise glasses of bubbly on the beach. I also loved the boat transfer, as good as ever and it was nice being asked what drink you would like on arrival. Breakfast is still excellent although as are the pools, beach and beautiful gardens. Our room was very nice except for some problems with mosquitoes and a bit of a musty smell. The resort does its best and supplies spray, burners etc. The bed is extremely comfortable as ever. We had a disappointing meal at the Japanese, I have left a separate review on this, we may have been unlucky. The hotel has a wonderful low key vibe and is perfectly situated on a beautiful beach. We may return as the reviewer from Manchester mentioned as it is the best in the area. Will be dependent on price though as I am not convinced it represents value for money.

We returned to the Anantara Rasananda for the second time at the end of March-24. Overall our stay was enjoyable, the room was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and the food was decent. However, considering the price per night for this hotel, there are a couple of areas which don’t quite hit the 5* mark: 1. The service at breakfast was hit and miss; this was also an issue during our previous stay in 2023. Each morning our drinks arrived after our food, and on a couple of occasions our drinks did not arrive at all. One particular morning we waited 20 mins for someone to take our order before eventually flagging a member of staff. Certain popular milks were also unavailable on multiple days. 2. There is a dedicated adult pool, which is great for those who prefer peace and quiet. However, the pool bar is not located in the adult pool, it’s in the pool which the children use. Consequently, when you want a cocktail after a hard day of relaxation, you need to get in the main pool where kids are splashing around. 3. As mentioned, there is a dedicated adult pool; however, there are always children in the adult pool and staff don’t appear to keep on top of this. With all of the above in mind, we are likely to return to the Anantara Koh Phangan as, in our view, it is the best hotel on the island. However, it’s important to note that this is mainly due to a lack of alternatives.
