위치는 시내 중심에서 자전거로 10분정도로 매우 좋습니다. 직원분들도 친절하게 도와주셔서 아침, 저녁 식사 포함 풍경이 꽤 아름답네요 수영장도 훌륭해요 방은 매우 넓습니다

호텔은 문명에서 조금 떨어진 곳에 위치해 있습니다. 이에 대한 준비가 필요합니다. 가장 가까운 세븐일레븐은 도보로 20분 거리에 있습니다. 이것은 우리에게 문제가 되지 않았습니다. 우리는 2일 동안 머물면서 호텔에서 모든 시간을 보냈습니다. 나는 아무데도 나가고 싶지 않았습니다. 언뜻 보기에는 모든 것이 조금 낡아보이지만, 5분만 지나면 잊어버릴 만큼 시원하고 편안한 분위기가 있는 곳입니다. 우리는 수영장이 있고 발코니에서 일몰을 바로 볼 수 있는 멋진 빌라에 살았습니다. 아침과 저녁이 포함되었습니다. 음식은 신성했습니다. 직원들은 매우 세심합니다. 당신이 어느 빌라에 살고 있는지, 어떤 커피를 좋아하는지 등은 모두가 알고 있습니다. 매우 놀랐습니다. 호텔에는 아름다운 해변이 있습니다. 비록 오후 시간이기는 하지만... 전반부에는 조수로 인해 해변이 물속에 잠깁니다. 하지만 오후에는 문이 열리고 그곳을 걷는 것은 매우 시원합니다. 장소는 매우 아름답습니다.

어느 날 밤 호텔에 갔다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗하지만 이 호텔의 주요 문제는 개조 공사 중인 해변을 제외한 대부분의 객실이 절대 격리되지 않는다는 것입니다. 객실과 미니 수영장에서 직원, 고객, 개 고양이 등이 지나가는 모습을 볼 수 있습니다. 불행하게도 실제 해변가는 없습니다. 멋진 일몰 그래서 확실히 가격만큼 가치가 없습니다. 코팡안에서는 가격대비 품질이 더 좋은 것 같아요 또한 스파 "l 'occitane"에 갔는데 정말 농담인 것 같아요. 일부 옥시탄 제품만 판매하는 작은 방입니다. 그거 의외였어...

위치가 훌륭하고, 이 가격에 호텔이 더 잘 관리되어야 하고, 마사지도 훌륭했고, 아침 식사도 괜찮았습니다.

우리는 Kupu Kupu에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 기온이 높은 호텔에서는 수영장에서도 무료로 물을 제공할 수 있으면 좋겠습니다. 수영장은 식지 않았고 물은 매우 따뜻했습니다. 여기저기서 청결도가 더 좋을 수 있습니다. 좋은 숙박이었지만 가격 범주에서는 최소한 이것을 기대할 수 있습니다. 감사합니다!

직원부터 시작하겠습니다. Quick notes for potential guests: there are definitely children here, as I know since they left the guest list in my room, most guests are from Israel, beach is pretty but rocky pebbles and seaweed don't make it pleasant to stay, cleanliness needs improvement and the facility is definitely worn, service needs improvement, they fail to disclosure beverage is not included when prepaying meals so a credit card dispute will definitely be charged since not disclosed. I'm supposed to be celebrating my honeymoon. The service here is abysmal. As early as check in day, the staff are so rude and dismissive; This sets the precedence for the entire experience! You would think they're playing poker with their deadpan look of disdain. They will also eagerly default to a "no". If you've had this experience, then you know. My husband suffered a painful skin burn episode due to their over scented lotions while recovering from a sunburn. Their genius staff suggested to pay for a massage .. are you kidding? I went to the pharmacy instead. The taxi driver must have been found from Arkham, who wasn't ready at pick up and then demands money when it can be charged to the room. My goodness! I came back from Away Chiang Mai for a FIFTH of the price with far better service. As soon as you arrive you complete a card for dietary preferences. Vegan was selected. 10 minutes later they bring a honeymoon cake with eggs and milk to our room. The lack of attention to detail is the concern at $500 USD a night and taxi service ten times the price of Chiang Mai's Grab service. In this sea of disappointment, the only saving grace has been the dinner chef. The food is good, but it doesn't justify the poor treatment. You don't need to take my word for it. Simply call them. Try to schedule things and ask questions to gage their service. You will notice they tend to jump to answers before actually taking a moment to exert any effort in figuring it out. I had to ask THREE times for pick up at the ferry via Whatspp before they actually scheduled when I asked for a 4TH time via EMAIL.. I should have taken that as a warning.. please do not dismiss this review.

We have just had the most lovely 2 night stay at this place. AD, Sam and Pla took care of our every need and we had beautiful breakfasts both mornings and they helped us plan our day. Special shout out though for Jo Joe, who played so well with our 5 year old and made her feel so super special on her 5th birthday celebrations! Also the fireshow the Friday night we stayed was really spectacular, over the pool as we ate dinner.

Apart from Andy at the reception, the staff was extremely rude and unaccommodating. They were neither welcoming nor willing to assist with anything we requested. Furthermore, for a 5-star hotel, the property is poorly maintained and does not meet the standards expected at this price point. Overall, I do not believe the hotel is worth the cost.

This place is exceptional from their customer service to the beautiful gardens and the rooms. This hotel knows how to do service and quality. We loved every moment

Très bel emplacement au bord de la plage. hôtel un peu vieillissant. Accueil et service d’une grande qualité, restaurant excellent. Équipement des chambres convenable, sans plus. Rapport qualité / prix correct.
