환상적인 경험. 훌륭한 음식, 친절한 직원. 객실과 숙박 시설은 훌륭했습니다. 이 호텔을 꼭 추천하고 싶습니다. 모든 명소에 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 훌륭한 위치입니다.

첫째, 이 호텔의 서비스와 직원들은 놀라울 정도로 좋았고, 친절하고 전문적이었습니다... 정말 훌륭했습니다. 호텔 자체도 훌륭하고, 골동품이 가득하고, 수영장도 좋고, 아침 식사도 훌륭하고 전반적으로 훌륭했습니다. 위치가 좋았습니다.

女友達との2泊で、こちらのホテルにお世話になりました。ロケーションが素晴らしく、どこへ行くにも徒歩で行けます。ビーチからも近いので、チャイニーズフィッシャーズネットや映え夕日などもすぐ近く。このホテルのお勧め理由はまずスタッフの素晴らしさです。良いサービスを提供しようと言う気持ちがどのスタッフからも感じられます。また値段の割に部屋の管理も素晴らしい。バスルームもとても清潔感があり、マットレスの硬さやシーツの気持ちよさどれをとっても期待以上でした。1つ難があるとすれば、曇りガラスの部屋が多いので、私自身含め閉塞感を感じる人がいると思います。いくつか透明のガラスの部屋もあり、変えてほしいと言ったらすぐに変えてくれました。また冷蔵庫が壊れていたのですが、それもすぐに変えてくれました。お値段以上とはまさにこのこと。もっと高いホテルもありますが、ここで十分だと思います！強くお勧めします。写真

호텔업은 이익에 너무 치중해서 진정한 목적에 대한 관점을 잃었습니다. 훌륭한 호텔을 찾는 것은 드물지만, 재밌는 것은 매우 나쁜 호텔이나 나쁜 호텔 경험을 찾는 것은 드뭅니다. 코친의 님라나 타워 하우스는 우리 가족에게 나쁜 경험이었습니다. 저는 5월 13일부터 15일까지 2일 4인용 패밀리룸(킹사이즈 침대 1개+퀸사이즈 침대 1개)에 엑스트라 베드를 예약했습니다. 웹사이트와 다른 플랫폼에서 세부 정보를 확인하고 매니저 운영 담당자인 비니타 비자얀 씨에게 직접 전화한 후 3주 이상 미리 예약했습니다. 예약은 가능하다고 했고 나중에 예약해도 같은 시설을 보장할 수는 없다고 했습니다. 예약은 3인에 대한 전액 결제로 온라인으로 진행되었고 엑스트라 베드 요금은 도착 시 호텔에 지불해야 했습니다. 여행 며칠 전에 예약을 재확인했습니다. 건물이 리노베이션 중이라는 사실을 전혀 알지 못했고 알려주지도 않았습니다. 5월 13일, 폴라치에서 여행을 마치고 오후 4시 직전에 호텔에 도착했을 때, 호텔이 수리 중이었고 우리를 바로 맞이하거나 안내해 줄 직원이 보이지 않았습니다. 리셉션처럼 보이는 곳으로 들어갔지만 아무도 보이지 않았고, 더 들여다보니 매니저인 여성이 사무실에서 시스템을 작업하고 있었습니다. 저는 자기소개를 하고 주차와 짐에 대한 안내와 도움을 요청해야 했습니다. 15분 후에 체크인을 했습니다. 저는 심지어 2일치 추가 침대 요금까지 지불했습니다. 방으로 이동하는 동안 모든 방이 리노베이션 중이었습니다. 우리 방만 준비된 듯했습니다. 매니저는 수영장에 대해 물었고 수영장도 리노베이션 중이라고 말했습니다. 기본적으로 방에서의 식사나 식사 공간을 제외하면 호텔의 나머지 부분은 사용할 수 없었습니다. 매니저에게 대면하자 그녀는 우리에게 알렸고 웹사이트에 업데이트되었다고 말했습니다. 둘 다 사실이 아니었습니다. 저는 다시 확인했습니다. 그녀는 보상이나 설명조차 하지 않았습니다. 그때 우리는 화가 나서 명백한 사기에 대한 보상을 요청했습니다. 그녀는 사과하지 않고 거의 무관심했습니다! 간단히 말해서, 우리는 우리의 편안함을 스스로 돌봤습니다. 나는 환불을 주장했고, 시간 제한 없이 약속되었습니다. 우리가 머물렀던 날과 그 다음날에 엑스트라 베드에 대한 환불도 제공되었지만, 매니저는 메일로 약속을 거부했습니다. 다음날 아침, 즉시 지불이 불가능했기 때문에 환불에 대한 공식적인 메일을 받았지만 아무것도 없었습니다. 주장한 후, 1일 환불을 약속하는 짧은 메일이 전송되었습니다. 우리는 오전 10시 30분에 체크아웃했습니다. 약 2일 후, 1일 + 2일 엑스트라 베드 요금 환불이 이루어졌습니다. 머무는 동안 우리를 편안하게 해주려는 노력은 전혀 없었습니다. 아침 식사는 맛이 없었고 묽은 스크램블 에그와 함께 그저 평범했습니다. 분명히 다시는 Neemrana 브랜드를 믿지 않을 것입니다. 아름다운 부동산, 끔찍한 관리.

Neemrana Towerhouse is one of those rare finds where history whispers from the walls. This 17th-century Portuguese colonial mansion sits right across from Kochi's iconic Chinese fishing nets, and the moment I stepped through the scallop-walled entrance, I felt like I'd walked onto a ship frozen in time. What makes this place special is how Neemrana has restored it. They haven't tried to turn it into a modern hotel wearing heritage as a costume. This is the real deal—high wooden ceilings with chandeliers, antique four-poster beds, heritage furniture that's actually comfortable, and enough old-world charm to make you forget what century you're in. The common areas are captivating, with a gorgeous courtyard, peaceful reading lounges, and a refreshing pool that's perfect after a day of exploring Fort Kochi's narrow lanes. The vibe here is more intimate heritage home than conventional hotel, which I loved. There are only around dozen rooms, each named after prominent historical figures and designed differently, so no two stays are the same. It's definitely not for everyone—if you need ultra-modern amenities or are bothered by quirks of old buildings, this might not be your cup of tea. But if you want to experience authentic Fort Kochi while staying in a piece of living history, this is your spot. LOCATION: The location is absolutely unbeatable. I could literally see the Chinese fishing nets from my window—they're right across the street. Everything in Fort Kochi is walkable from here: St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, Kashi Art Gallery, the Dutch Cemetery, and dozens of excellent cafés and restaurants are all within 5-10 minutes on foot. The water metro station is nearby too, making it super convenient to explore other parts of Kochi. DINE + DRINK: The in-house restaurant serves South Indian cuisine with a few Continental dishes thrown in. The breakfast was not too bad, and can certainly do better in terms of quality. But honestly, with Fort Kochi's incredible food scene steps away, I didn't mind stepping out. The hotel doesn't serve alcohol, which wasn't an issue for me, but worth noting if you're expecting cocktails by the pool. On the negative side, Service at the restaurant can be slow, particularly during breakfast when the kitchen seems overwhelmed. ROOM: I stayed in a nice room on the top floor , so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW:No view as it was almost windowless, but has a lovely sit-out attached to it with the view of the pool and gareden ; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM:Good sized bathroom with a Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: OK quality toiletries, bring your own! FACILITIES: No Gym on site, but they have a lovely Balinese style swimming pool that is gorgeous and great for a quick dip or a peaceful aqua-lounging! SERVICE: Frien

It was our 6th Visit to the beautiful city of Kochi and this time we decided to stay at Fort Kochi at one of Neemrana’s coastal flagship! Our stay at The Tower House was soft Serenaded & Serenity & everything in between! (A five night stay turned to a week long escape!) Mr Arun, the property manager is a soft spoken gentleman who takes pride in managing his team and the heritage property! He is very attentive to all your requests/needs and is accessible almost 24/7! Thank you for your efforts! Ms Shabana, at the reception is warm, courteous & attentive to every word you say! She was very patient with our requests and ensured we had a super relaxed stay and a memorable one nonetheless! Thank you Mr Vikas, Head Chef! He is the gastro-hypnotist who will make you crave for his lip smacking delicacies again and again and again! We were too demanding and Vikas Ji ensured we had a different cuisine at dinner every single evening! Be it local coastal flavours to malabari cuisine to chettinatu spices to northern flavours, he made sure we were royally spoilt! Commendable work! Thank you Vikas ji, we will be back sooner! Last and not the least, Bipin & prasanna & their colleagues word tirelessly to maintain this hidden gem and keep it spotless! Your efforts are well appreciated! The location of the property is ideal, right next to the harbour also home to fish market & water metro, it is very accessible to anywhere you wish to go! There are numerous cafés & restaurants within walking distance of the same and the entire fort kochi can be covered by foot! The Rooms are quiet with NO TELEVISION! WiFi is decent and so are the in room amenities! It is a heritage property so comparing it with modern hotels will be a big mistake! (17th Century Manson!) There is a decent size pool which is a perfect place to wear off your stress and enjoy a poolside coffee! (No Cocktails as the property doesn’t serve alcohol!) Amazing location, wonderful property and superb hospitality, we stayed with our two young children and would highly recommend.

This hotel was a recommendation from friends who stayed here years ago. Its in busy part of the town and we found that a challenge because we like quieter places. But we also realize that this is India. But a lot of the boutique hotels in Cochin are in busy noisy spots. Good tip to use water transport and the stop is very nearby. Our room was a good size and had lots of character. All the rooms are different and this adds to the charm. The breakfast was alright for us but there are cafes and eateries close for a range of cuisines. We also valued the pool and it would be hard to be here without a way to cool down. There were attractions at an easy stroll. Fort Cochin has lots of atmosphere and is a good place to stay for a few days.

Good location for sight seeing, range of restaurants and cafes to suit all budgets and the Portuguese fishing nets. Providing tranquility in the beautiful restored and maintained historic building with a nice garden and great pool. Our room was very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided and the bed was so comfortable, we had great night's sleep! Service was professional, friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts was varied and a good range of options and once again the service was very good.

We held a family get together for 2 nights at Neemrana tower house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Since most of the rooms were occupied by us, it felt like the bungalow was our’s for the duration. The hospitality team led by Vinita and Shabana were super efficient and friendly and all our requests were met promptly. The upstairs hall was set up nicely for our family gathering as requested in advance and the team was ever ready to support us. The food in general was delicious and the Onam Sadhya we had requested is highly recommended. As a large group , we were not always on time for dinner but they graciously waited for our whole group to finish before closing the kitchen. My one suggestion is that the hotel be more senior citizen friendly as in one of the ground floor rooms , the beds were quite high to climb on to and some of the fan/light switches were wrongly located. It was also difficult for my elderly family members to reach the first floor as there is no ramp access or elevator and they had to climb several steps to attend the function in the common area hall.

We chose to include both breakfast and dinner, and every meal was exceptional, a perfect balance of local flavors and international cuisine. Loved the afternoon tea and cookies!

This friendly and welcoming hotel close to the Chinese fishing nets in Fort Kochi is a lovely place to stay for a couple of nights when visiting Kerala. Our room was large and very comfortable with robes, plenty of bottled water, great walk-in shower and a separate seating area. The hotel is so interesting with many areas to relax in. The pool is really good (except for the crows!). The breakfast is quite basic but fine and, though you can get a meal in the evening, I would recommend finding a local restaurant instead for more exotic food. All the staff are helpful and kind. We got a great recommendation for a spa with tuk-tuk arranged for us to get there and back.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant with equally courteous staff. I was just miffed about the in room snack bar prices which were unreasonable ( Pringle which costs around Rs 115 is priced at Rs 250). I feel a lot can be done in this regard because I didn't understand the exorbitant pricing on it since it's not a preparation item,it's ready to eat as we purchase outdoors. A little price gap of Rs 20-50 is still understandable since you procure it and make it available at the rooms but a surcharge double the price of the item bewildered me since it looked like an unsavory medium to earn the revenue (which is not needed when you have such a beautiful property and amazing staff). 3 stars for the location and ambience with comfort of stay and 1 extra star for great people like Mrs Vineeta,Mrs Shabana,Miss Reshma, Mr David and many more whose name I don't recollect. A special thanks to Mr Joseph for welcoming and escorting us at our untimely arrival and departure due to our late night and early morning flights. I would love to explore other Nemarana properties around the country. Thank you for having us ,best wishes .
