The stay was good, the food was ok, and the staff were really nice.

I have been to all the hotels in Kochi. This one beats all by a mile it terms of food, service and location. Their swimming pool is the deepest. The gymnasium needs some upgrade though. Pool timings could be extended.

Literally have no words to describe this experience . Absolutely amazing stay with the utmost attention to detail , personalised service in a prompt & helpful ***ner . Hotel location is quite secluded & away from the main bustling city area so quiet & well secure . However i had very little desire to leave the hotel after the wonderful welcome & hospitality . There are ***y names which i can recall but few are surely going to stay on my mind forever . Right before my travel to Kochi Alisha called on me to check my travel schedules & requirements . He***d make sure that my family looked up well after personally attending us . Krishnakumar helped us to get an early check-in .You guys are extremely resilient & thrive to make the experience of the guests worth remembering .The room which we stayed in was opulent , the buffet spread at the restaurant was decent . For anyone travelling to Kochi please do not pass up the opportunity to stay at this property . Thank you to all the staff at the front desk for all your hospitality . You guys are observant & understanding .Glad we made the choice to stay at this hotel for a few nights .

The hotel was very beautifully and the room was very clean good the staf was very friendly and welcoming especially Aravind and Aleesha from the front desk and the food was really tasty and good the pool was very clean and big i had massage from the Ayurveda massage form the spa and the treatment was nice and refreshing Thanks for the hospitality ******

Feels like a true beauty with an heritage feel to it. The rooms are so comfortable and the entire vibe and nature around the hotel is classy. This place will definitely make you feel relaxed and it does belong to a professional group called CGH Earth, but it felt more like a boutique hotel with best in class service. Definitely a great stay and highly recommended for stay and food.

Was here for a short trip everything was perfect be it Check-in , Reception , Room , Toilet , Swimming pool , Restaurants & Breakfast . Had a great time . The staff from top to bottom is always smiling & helping .The hotel welcomes guests on a perceived six star Niveau , being a cut above any of the other five star competition hotels in the city . CGH hotels are probably one of the very few hotel chains that prioritize hospitality over commerce . This particular property is ideal for those looking to have a quiet experience . This is not a hotel with a big block building it is nicely spread out . A big shout to the reception team for all the assistance rendered during our stay .The reception team is abuzz with the best set of hosts that are eager to receive & help you . Our preferences were noted & logged . You guys are really amazing to assist me even for the smallest things keep it up guys . Me & my entire family with folded hands with utmost respect & gratitude . Thank you all for the warmth in every aspect you people showered on us . Our sincere prayers this bond becomes more stronger with time & future . Recommended for all kinds of visits , Our next trip is due soon .

Meeting expectations are good but surpassing expectations is better & that's what ****** stands for . Each & every crew member of this hotel is going extra miles to make the stay memorable . He***d & his team are best at their work . The room upgrade from Prathiba & Aravind was a cherry on the cake . Alisha from guest relations surprised us with delicious amenities & a welcome note which made us feel so special . Thanks to Nikson & Sudarshan for walking us till the main porch for bid farewell . I must say this hotel is known for their staff effort & never say no attitude which not only made my stay the best but also left a mark of the best service forever . There is a reason why classic hotels are considered classic . It's their decades of experience that culminates in your stay being absolutely awesome & that's exactly what you get when you stay at CGH hotels . Every single person in this hotel is outstanding when it comes to service standards . Highly recommendable .

We stayed in a ground floor room for two nights as part of a group tour. The room smelled musty when we arrived, but we presumed it had been shut up. On closer inspection it was damp, with condensation down the walls and chairs and lampshades covered in mildew. It was not a healthy room to stay in. In the morning we packed our bags and sat in reception whilst we waited to leave as the air was better. Breakfast good, staff friendly.
