프래그런트 네이처 코치(Fragrant Nature Kochi - A Five Star Classified Hotel)

Had two nights stay in the hotel at the beginning and the end of our holiday. The hotel was really nice, the rooms were large, with a fabulous rain shower plus toiletries and the beds very comfortable. Fort Kochi is a grey place to explore and the various aires were easily accessible from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Fragrant Nature. The room was lovely - very large and clean, staff very helpful. As mentioned in other reviews the location feels a little bit out of the way from the main Fort Kochi, but good tuk tuk tour from outside hotel. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but had some snacks by the pool and at our room which were all very good and good breakfast with lots of variety. Loved the rooftop pool watching the eagles 🦅

Beautiful hotel, very clean. The room we stayed in was spacious and well designed. With attention to detail. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Look forward to trying one of their other properties.

Whilst the rooms are lovely and the staff on reception were super, the same cannot be said for the service at the restaurant. There was no cold water available and it took 45 minutes for my wine to appear. The food was delicious but the experience wasn’t great; perhaps they are being complacent.

Having read the reviews I was really looking forward to staying but was disappointed. The rooms are spacious and very clean but the service in the restaurant is really poor. I booked a table at 8pm and ordered and didn’t get my wine until 8.45 - having asked numerous staff where it was… there was no cold bottled water, small things that make a difference. The first nights sleep was disrupted by the noise of a generator. I went to an alternative restaurant for dinner on the second night but came back for a nightcap….and no cold beer! This is a three star hotel, not five…real shame

Enjoyed our stay on four week tour of southern India. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean although the towels were old and stained and needed replacing. We enjoyed supper both nights on the roof restaurant, the choice and price of wine was reasonable, the staff very friendly and efficient although the vegetarian choices were limited. Cochi was very hot, chaotic but interesting.

This is a very beautiful place downtown Cochin. Everything is reachable in a couple of minutes. But the best is the staff. Talk about your wishes with the receptionists and everything will be fullfilled for you immisiately.. My wife and me enjoyed the three nights there very much. Laying at the pool having some drinks and looking over the sea. Absolutely great! ***y thanks especially to Sabrina and Hrishikesh. You made our stay something very special.

Really lovely hotel with great rooms and super restaurant on the hotel roof, which did incredible cocktails and super food too. The Hotel location great too as it was so close to ***y Fort Kochi attractions. Staff were helpful and breakfast was good with staff being accommodating to your needs

The hotel is a 5 minute tuk tuk ride from the centre of Fort Kochi. Excellent and friendly staff and our room was very pleasant with views to Kochi and the river. Enjoyable ro***tic dinners on the roof and a very good breakfast. Fine views from roof swimming pool over Kochi with Kerala eagles swooping. It didn't take long to get anywhere in Fort Kochi by tuk tuk. One tuk tuk driver outside the hotel took us on a morning tour of Fort Kochi which was really good. Cost 400 rupees plus tip. The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport.
