AC not working well . Not enough light in the room . Fan plugged blew the fuse . Got very little sleep !

OUR STAY AT AVENUE CENTER, KOCHI( 04th-12th April 2024): The front Office Team : Mr. Steve Jacob, Ms. Diviya , Mr. Neeraj, Mr. Hisham were Professionally courteous and helpfull. The House Keeping Team: Mr. Arun, Mr. Aagil, Ms. Aswathy, Ms. Ajeetha, Mr. Akshay, Mr. Mithun, Mr. Siddarth, Mr. Fleming rendered a meticulous service. . The Dining area was professionally well handled by Mr. Aadersh, Mr. Shiju, Ms. Sivapriya, Ms. Soumya, Ms. Haritha . Though the breakfast was average, we enjoyed their service. The security guards, Mr. Sibi, Mr. Bilap, Mr. Dhulan and Mr. Samuels were prim and prompt on their assigned duty. The location of the hotel gave a quite calm stay. We enjoyed our stay at The Avenue Center. It was a pleasure meeting Mr. Prasad, Mr. Nikil and Mr. Joseph, GM. Best regards, Aravindan.

I visited twice to Avenue center hotel on office work , Rooms and bathrooms were well maintained and mainly i loved their food varities in the buffet. The staff were very polite and helpful so will keep visiting futher your hotel when ever i visit kochi.

It was a very good experience with h nice rooms with very good amenities. Hotel is situated at a good location with nice ambience. Breakfast was also very good. Rooms are spacious enough with modern facilities by maintaining traditional looks

A very convenient location with car parking services. Overall the quality of the food, the heigene and politeness of the staff is excellent.

What a comfortable and pleasant stay at Avenue Center. The rooms were so clean and spacious. So were the bathrooms! The bed was very cosy with the AC at a confortable temperature. The wifi was strong, perfect for anyone needing to take any business meetings. The staff were always ready to help, from carrying luggage, to complimentary breakfast, to transportation! They were all so positive and wonderful people! And the buffet at the hotel was so delicious and very well curated to give the taste of Kochi! Definitely a wonderful place to rest and explore the area! Perfect for a family vacation, a couple's getaway or a business trip!

On January 7, 2024, we celebrated our daughter's baptism at Avenue Centre in Panampally Nagar. The event was a delightful experience, with impeccable service and courteous staff.
