The Fern Kochi was absolutely fantastic experience. The ambience great and fantastic in all means. The highlight of this hotel is the location and its ambiance. The hotel is located in an Island which is ideal and good for nice stay

I am on tour to Kerala Visited kochi today from Munnar Booked this fern hotel Entered this island,,I could see it was all dark & least human activities,,though it’s far from city centre,,didn’t feel good while entering this island Did regular check in formalities We are 7 members in family ,,the moment we stepped inside hotel there was some stinky musty odour. We got key cards & few left in lift & few in stairs to 3 rd floor ..but we could feel coldness ,,floor corridor eeriness ,,some strange smell ,,negative vibes .. Not one but all felt same Immediately didn’t even enter room but we climbed down & gave back keys & said we don’t want to stay here & we left from there .. Please post this online in all social media so that people are aware before entering there We could see only 3 persons as customers that too they are foreigners

Staffs are Superp , Excellent Service, Sunil, Kasena of Restaurant and Nair from Reception, Hotel upkeeping is Excellent, Food too great Idly, Iddiappam very Delicious, overall Excellent, one must visit the hotel, staffs are very well.Groomed and professional. Keep it up

Just beautiful ❤️ Quiet, calm, serene surroundings, friendly and helpful staff, clean and neat rooms. Delicious breakfast buffet!

Simply a beauty of a find. On escorted tour with Newmarket Travel. Although rooms a tad dated dated there's everything you could wish for. Kettle, iron, board, toiletries etc

We celebrated Onam here with our small friends group, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The arrangements were neat, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was just right for the occasion. A special thanks to Albin and Adhithyan from the Fern Hotel team for their warm support and excellent service they have conducted Onam games for us— they really made our celebration smooth and memorable. Highly recommended for group events and festive gatherings!
