차리나 힐 비치 리조트 후기

Ich habe über Agoda das Chareena Hillbeach Resort für zwei Nächte in einem Garden Bungalow gebucht. Meine Wahl fiel auf dieses Resort wegen seiner angebotenen Annehmlichkeiten, besonders dem Frühstück und dem ansprechenden Restaurant, das von 7.30 Uhr bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet sein sollte. Da ich viel remote arbeiten musste, war mir ein angenehmer Aufenthaltsort wichtig. Die Buchungsbestätigung erhielt ich vom Chareena Hillbeach Resort, darauf verließ ich mich. Bei meiner Ankunft erfuhr ich jedoch, dass mein Zimmer nicht im Chareena Hillbeach Resort, sondern im Chareena Garden "Hotel" war. Dieses Hotel wurde weder auf der Website des Chareena Hillbeach Resorts erwähnt, noch fand ich Bilder davon auf Agoda oder der Website. Die Tatsache, dass ich nicht in dem gebuchten Hotel untergebracht werden sollte, sondern in einem anderen, das bei weitem nicht den Erwartungen entsprach, war überraschend und enttäuschend. Um die Situation zu klären, musste ich zusätzlich 1000 BAHT bezahlen, um eine Nacht im Chareena Beach Side Hotel zu verbringen, das ebenfalls nicht meiner ursprünglichen Buchung entsprach. Chareena Hillbeach Resort und Chareena Beach Side Hotel sind zwei verschiedene Hotels mit unterschiedlichem Ausstattungsniveau. Auch das Frühstück im Chareena Hillbeach Resort wurde mir zunächst verweigert, obwohl ich es gebucht hatte und die Buchungsbestätigung erhalten hatte. Nach einer langen und frustrierenden Diskussion habe ich für die zweite Nacht ein Upgrade im Chareena Hillbeach Resort für weitere 2000 BAHT gebucht, was zu einem angenehmeren Aufenthalt führte. Die gesamte Situation war verwirrend, ärgerlich und das Personal zeigte wenig Verständnis dafür, dass Zimmer, die als Teil des Chareena Hillbeach Resorts verkauft wurden, tatsächlich Zimmer von anderen Hotels über Agoda waren, ohne dies transparent zu machen. Es war enttäuschend, da ich ein bestimmtes Hotel aufgrund seiner Ausstattung und des Frühstücks gebucht hatte. Ich würde das Hotel nicht wieder buchen. Das Restaurant war abends ebenfalls nicht geöffnet. Ein großes Lob geht jedoch an den freundlichen Herrn, der das Frühstücksrestaurant leitet. Abschließend bekam ich auch noch eine überraschend hohe Minibar-Rechnung vom Hotel. Fehler können passieren, aber Kulanz und Kooperation seitens des Hotels hätten sicherlich anders ausgesehen.

My husband & I along with my sister and her husband came to Thailand to meet with friends from home (Canada). She is from Thailand so we wanted to experience her culture. They brought us to this resort and it did not disappoint. If you are looking for all the comforts of home you will find very little. If you are looking for home this may not be the place for you. If you are looking to experience different then this is the place for you. The cabins were quaint, the breakfasts provided at the resort were amazing, the views stunning, the food in the community along the walking road was fantastic. If you go straight to the end of the road, the family run restaurant is amazing. Ask the locals where they would go. That is where you find the best food. Do not be deterred by appearances. We were here for 4 days and enjoyed every moment. Only thing I would suggest is not to come in April unless you love extreme heat!!! Thank you Koh Lipe for a great time!!

The price of the room is very high, very small or separated by wooden boards, the sound insulation effect is very poor, if you like quiet do not book here, here at night is really noisy, the music opposite the music is played for a long time at night, the whole room is shaking really poor experience, choose other places cheaper may be better than here Personal experience

酒店設施有點舊，毛巾浴巾應該換了，景色、位置、早餐都很棒，泰國酒店的服務一直都很好，坐船來之後在碼頭有免費車接到酒店，換酒店也免費送過去。

ที่พักอยู่บนเขา บรรยากาศดีมาก เห็นวิวหาดพัทยาทั้งหมดเลย ห้องพักสะดวกสบายดีค่ะ ใครอยากได้วิวสวยๆ มีความสงบ ติดร้านอาหารยอดนิยม ต้องเลือกที่นี้เลยค่ะ แนะนำคนที่แข็งแรงนะคะเพราะต้องขึ้นลงบันไดบนเขาอาจจะไม่สะดวกสำหรับผุ้สูงอายุกับคนเจ็บเข่าค่ะ

We found paradise! The beach, the food, and the snorkeling were amazing. We were perfectly accommodated at Chareena Hill! We started each day with a delicious breakfast and every night returned to our clean, air conditioned, and comfortable room. The staff were warm and welcoming. Koh Lipe is such a gem!

The best hotel in Pataya Beach. Amazing view from your room & overall service very good plus top daily cleaning. Breakfast also really good with again outstanding view on the bay. In my opinion this is the best location in KL considering cost per night & overall service. Strongly recommend this place.

Context: Paid equivalent of USD310 per night. Another family paid USD145 per night. In 3 months we've been to Kuta, Ubud, Perth, Langkawi, Kuala Lumpur, Lombok and Koh Lipe so we are familiar with hotels and travelling. Were forced to sign a contract saying we wouldn't leave negative reviews! Room: No hot water, no shower pressure, shower glass door missing, cobwebs (not cleaned for months), broken sink, sea view 90% blocked, filthy hotel, trash everywhere, mosquitos everywhere but no spray. Not what you expect for the money. By the way, the walk to the room was so high, we were tired and sweaty every time we got to the room! Service: Good before check in. However, when raising the problems, I was told by the WhatsApp team to 'leave and go somewhere else' rather than fix them. Was literally told to get out rather than fix the water et al! WiFi wasn't working so I asked by WhatsApp to restart the router. Lady receptionists KaTa didn't reply and instead, banged on my door shouting at 7.55 and woke up my kids. KaTa was so rude throughout our stay, shouting when you phone reception, being abusive, lying (we were refused a kayak claiming it was broken, but the guy downstairs let us use two of them)! She was just plain horrible and didn't speak English either. We were also promised before coming and after check in that they'd provide a sunset meal as it was my wife's birthday and wedding anniversary. It was all booked, even the menu and time. However, on the day, they refused to honour it. I have it in writing, and it wasn't provided. Major issue: On first night I met the manager Toi and asked him to get the water fixed. He was lovely, respectful and understanding. He also offered me to cancel and refund the booking and rebook at a much lower rate (initially he said he couldn't discount as I'd paid, but then I raised that the WhatsApp team had already told me they'd cancel, which meant they could!). I agreed. The next morning, after the lady woke us up at 7.55am, I went to sort it. However, when I tried to pay directly, the owner (via phone) refused and the receptionist told us to get out. The guy there Book (he was there the night before and with a vile smirk, was very abusive) was so nasty. He was vile, insulting, called me an Arab (I'm not) and said he didn't care and refused to let us pay and stay. We had 3 nights left in Koh Lipe, the island was fully booked and I was with kids and they were kicking us out! My wife had to come and plead and try and sort it but I was just told the manager didn't agree and we had to get out and sleep on the beach for all they cared! The manager Toi called tourist police who got involved and apologised to me. After this, I managed to pay the booking and keep. My reservation. I heard Toi tell tourist police 'the guest did nothing wrong, it's not a big deal, how dare the owner just kick them out' but the owner didn't care. I saw the tourist police twice after and he was apologetic and even took a photo with m

Stayed here 4 nights and we loved it. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super, a little bit of everything and the chef (who by the way was super charming) was manning an egg station with a variety of choices to order. Room was nice and clean, good air conditioning. Amazing view from the balcony with our private hammock and small table with chairs. We liked the fact that the place was located in the end of the beach and on the hillside as this made it calmer and gave us some space from the quite busy beach area closer to the walking street. Good to know, as the place is on a hillside, there are a lot of stairs. Staff was helpful and carried the luggage up and down these. Bathroom was a bit worn down but ok. Only thing that could have been better was that Wi-Fi was slow, this however led to us spending more time in the hammock reading books and talking to each other.
