How was the service? the service tip top! thanks to Mr Rafizan, the manager at customer services. Great view, good room. but the only thing is the toilet is too slippery, not safe for kids, pregnant mommies & senior citizen (as I bring my little kids). Even adult like us also many time almost fall down. What about the facilities? the facilities is good. the kids club got no aircond, only fan. quite congested. Did you enjoy the food? dinner buffet is good and have many choices. But my family had a bad experience on the breakfast. the egg for nasi lemak was spoiled and the roti canai tasted was weird with bitter taste.

This is my 1st time come on weekday. I’m sleep well & not noisy from motorcycle at the midnight . Because before time we came on weekend , at midnight so noisy from a lot motorcycle’s and from drank quest is so uncomfortable. Anyway staff good but quality for breakfast please take note & improve. Thank u

everything is superb good about this hotel. even their food for breakfast is very nice and taste so good. their staff is helpful, management is smooth. thanks premiere hotel for the good services 🌸

The sound prof is worst. I can hear people walking by and laughing at the hallway during midnight. I can even hear the person who staying next door opening the door. I requested for one bed but They combined two bed into one bed. The room also looks a bit old. However, the hotel is quite clean so I still manage to sleep. They will provide toothbrush, shower cap, shampoo and towel. There is also a lot of parking.
