Seaden Sea World Resort & Spa All Inclusive

We booked a TUI holiday package this year following our overwhelmingly positive trip to MAGIC LIFE Africana in Tunisia last year. Unfortunately, this year's trip did not exactly live up to the same expectations. Our outbound flights were delayed, which meant we only got in to our resort after 4am (instead of initially scheduled midnight arrival). On arrival staff were not particularly welcoming - understandable due to time of night etc. but when we arrived at our room our baby's cot was not in the correct room. An issue we had foreseen and tried to resolve ahead of time by calls with TUI. However, the instructions, for whatever reason were not passed on. The hotel staff did not help and we had to move the cot ourselves. We had booked a family room but it was the same size as the normal room of the other people were travelling with - the only difference was a partition/divider between the double and twin beds. The room was too small to move and we asked the hotel management to remove the additional twin bed to make room for the cot - at first they refused and tried to charge us extra but the resort TUI rep helped us resolve this. The resort was beautiful, however we didn't find the staff to be particularly friendly and there was obviously a language barrier due to relatively small amount of English understanding, it was a very German focused resort. A lot of items were charged at a high price so not 'all inclusive', for example a set cocktail list, with other favourites Pina Colada available with an added cost of 7 euros! Fresh orange juice at breakfast was also chargeable at 1.50 euros. One day I thought I would treat us to a pina colada despite the additional cost and was told they did not have the ingredients. Last year, these were included. The kids club was poor, staff were not engaged and all activities were charged at an extra cost which were told about after the fact (all activities were included for free last year). Having said that, the pools and facilities were fantastic, it's a shame that some of the shine was taken from our trip due to additional extras, unfriendly staff and poor transfers/flights. Will not return.

Onest review we went 2 adults and 1 child 9 years old Room spotless, very clean, clenears are doing an amazing job,please tip them they working hard Pools lovley,they have slides for kids and adults Lots of German guest but we didn't mind as they were polite We loved the food ,but if you are after english food this is not the place for you.This hotel is 4 star, they have they own beach. They are making pita with cheese and meat from 11 untill 3 near Park Snack bar grill every day and kebab we loved this, We love it

Hi can anyone tell me how to get to the city from Seaden hotel and spa I’ve asked at the reception and they have only offered a taxi and wouldnt entertain a bus ride then fobbed of by saying come back tomorrow. I only want to change the money we have from Turkish Lira to Euro.

Absolutely DO NOT book this hotel under any circumstances. Here are several reasons why: 1. **Construction Noise**: They start construction at 5 AM without any regard for the guests' comfort. 2. **Unhygienic Food**: There was hair in almost every dish, which is unacceptable. 3. **Poor Housekeeping**: The cleaning services were far below standard. 4. **Minibar Issues**: Although the minibar was supposed to be complimentary, it was only ever restocked with water—nothing else. 5. **Language Barrier**: None of the hotel staff could speak English, making communication extremely difficult and frustrating. 6. **Dirty Balconies**: The balconies were constantly covered in dirt and debris, as the cleaners simply swept the mess from the upper floors down to the lower ones. At one point I got all the dirt on me! 7. **Faulty Air Conditioning**: The AC did not work during the hottest part of the day, making the rooms unbearably warm. 8. **Noise**: The rooms were incredibly noisy—you could hear everything. If you’re lucky, you might be able to fall asleep around 2 or 3 AM. 9. **Animals**: Animals roamed freely around the hotel, which I found very unpleasant (though this may be a matter of personal taste). 10. **Cold Pool Water**: The pool water was uncomfortably cold. 11. **Dirty Beach**: The beach was very dirty and not well-maintained. The only positive aspect was the taxi manager outside the hotel, who was excellent and deserves full credit. In summary, this hotel provides a thoroughly unpleasant experience and should be avoided at all costs.

Really enjoyed our holiday here and would happily go back again! I wasn’t expecting much for the price we paid but was really pleasantly surprised. The whole hotel was really clean, I was especially impressed with the toilets round the pools, they were fresh, dry and clean all day. The room was stylishly decorated with a nice size balcony. The beds were quite firm but this wasn’t an issue for us and lighting wasn’t great but that was just a little bug bear for me as I like to sit at the dressing table to apply make up 😆 Food was great, there was always fresh grill/bbq options which we enjoyed and no upset tummies! Alcohol wise, the beer was great and there were a few cocktail options which were ok but too sweet for me. The pools were huge with plenty of good quality sun beds. Unfortunately the 2 main pools don’t have a shallow area and are 140cm deep so our 9 year old couldn’t stand up and although he can swim and we were always there he always had to have a float to be on the safe side. The staff were all friendly and although the main language spoken was German this didn’t stop us enjoying the entertainment etc. There is also a mini shopping mall on the ground floor of the hotel which was unexpected and again all the staff in the shops were friendly and never pressured us to buy anything. There are also shops outside the hotel and a bar but not much else close by. Overall a great week and very happy with our holiday!

We are having such a lovely holiday, the beds are comfortable, the staff are very friendly, big shout out to Alex from the water sports. Spoilt for choice with food, not all the food was great but could always find something to eat. The shop across the road is cheaper and convenient, would definitely come back to this place, wish we had more than a week, weather was perfect to 😃

This hotel is beautiful, easy to navigate and the pools are amazing. Don't expect a five star (more like a four), no waiter service, drinks are ok and the food repeats BUT there is lots of choice. Entertainment is good and the team are really friendly, shout out to GOOFY. Our room was a family interconnecting room, perfect for us and very clean. NO shampoo or conditioner, instead a shower gel on the wall. The small surrounding area outside the hotel has very cheap shops and near security are a few very friendly dogs (meet Bob the Shitzu). At the hotel there are chickens, peacocks and ducks wondering around which we loved. Mainly German guests, the kids enjoyed learning and ordering drinks in German. I would totally go back as it's such good value with easyJet.

If you’re after a cheap and cheerful getaway this is the place. Beach is lovely and a great place to camp all day. Food is average. Very repetitive and I did get sick one day (who knows if food etc but very unlike me!). Drinks choice is also very small. All the cocktails seem to be the exact same! Hotel is aimed at German tourists for sure so that is worth noting as a Brit when it comes to breakfast and entertainment. We did notice room wasn’t serviced overly regularly. Overall it’s okay. Definitely not a 5* but it’s okay for a bit of sun on the cheap.

Don’t believe all the reviews you’ve read. The hotel is stunning and clean. Always people maintaining the gardens, clearing glasses, plates ect. Rooms. Good size and clean. Fresh towels and bottled water everyday however our “mini bar” was never replenished. This didn’t bother us as we only drink water in the room. I’m sure I’d we asked it would of been filled. Beds are really hard! Not had the best sleeps here. Food. The food is delicious and fresh. Yes it’s very repetitive - not catered massively for the English guests. A lot of the cold buffet unfortunately isn’t labelled so you have no idea what it is. Snack bar by the pool was our favourite but again repetitive. Drinks Disgusting! Pumped with syrups and sweet! They do have Coke Zero! Wine is cheap and beer is Efes. Not the best. Staff One rep Sam - absolutely amazing. Keeps you informed, chats daily. They others haven’t spoke to us at all. Bar staff are lovely. Entertainment. Loads going on during the day. Waterpolo, darts, archery, zumba, aqua fit, pool foam party. They also had entertainers come in for festival theme, music, bouncy castles ect. Evening shows vary some have been amazing others a little cheesy! Evening entertainment doesn’t start till 10pm late if you have kiddies or like us have been sunning yourself all day. Spa - bloody expensive! Bazaar just outside the hotel, will will “pester” you a little bit a firm no and they take the hint. We also walked to Lyra shopping centre. Took about 20 mins a amazing place. Grab a trolley and shop in peace. Prices reasonable Al a carte Turkish lovely Italian - not really Italian. Beach The beach is stunning but it is shingle! So bring beach shoes - makes a huge difference. Loads of beds available. Pools are lovely, clean and warm (in June) always beds and parasols available through the day.
