플라밍고 워터파크 리조트(Flamingo Waterpark Resort)

The resort was ok. However I will never book with trip.com again. I booked for the weekend of 3/18, checkout 3/20. I became very ill and requested my trip be moved to the next weekend, the 25th. They charged me $85, sent me a confirmation email and a check in voucher. I arrived at the resort and was informed I had no reservation. I sat with my family in the car until 10pm when they finally let me pay the 2 days resort fee and the $100 deposit. We got our room and went to bed. The next morning I was told it was fixed , no problem. That afternoon the resort told me I had to pay for my reservation as the payment from trip.com had not been received. I did not have the funds to pay again as I'm on Social Security Disabilty and this was a present for my grandson's 11th birthday. After many calls to trip.com and the front desk they decided to refund my money and I paid the resort when I got home. A totally ruined weekend for my family and I.

Overall, OK. The heater didn’t work on one of the coldest nights of the year and there was a gap under the entry door (allowing wind in as well as potentially pests). Elevator kept making loud weird noises all night.

There were roaches in the hotel room. Killed 5 two were dead and one got away. When we told management they were like “yeah it happens”. They offered to change my room but it would have separated me from my family who also were my bug killers. Terrible. The building overall is older and run down a bit. The only good thing I could say is that the water was hot with good pressure. It is more like a motel experience. Also had to turn off the air conditioner heater because of how loud it was. I couldn’t sleep through it. Right near the highway which is good and bad. Wawa down the street was the best part.

The property itself is amazing the staff is incredible the rooms are clean and the amenities are just wonderful the area surrounding it looks awful and run down looking at the businesses and property around the Flamingo are the worst hands down almost frightening however this is out of the Flamingos property control and it in no way is affecting them specifically I traveled as a female with my younger sister and 2 minor children felt completely safe never not one time was concerned about a thing could completely relax and enjoy my time it was fabulous and I could not have asked for more or anything better

Door to bathroom didn’t lock Very little water from shower head Room looked clean but there was cockroaches fridge door didn’t close ,water had a foul smell Extremely noisy. Regret booking here.

Everyone at the property was friendly. It was a ghost town when we were there but that gave us the pool and waterpark to ourselves. Housekeeping doesn’t come during the stay, but that wasn’t bad. Only real problem was it wasn’t close to a lot of the attractions, but we had a car. Facility is a little dated and some features were down but all in all we had a good time.

The hotel could use a good face lift. It was a work in progress you could tell they were fixing things but still a work in progress. Water in the pool was heated but water park was not and that was disappointing as it was cold the weekend we went. Over all I’d stay here again.

Okay stay. Just upset the Waterpark is only open on weekends and we went on a weekday

It’s a great place! A lot of mis communications a lot of misunderstanding and back and Forth but aside from that it was a great time
