Would give it 4.5 bubbles but there’s no way to do it. Pros: -the property is absolutely gorgeous -the complimentary wine tasting is wonderful where they explain the traditional wine making process -the room was decent and the bathroom functional -staff were courteous and efficient -breakfast was decent, just that it was cold -we had requested for airport pick-up and it was seamless -the restaurant is nice with wonderful mountain views Cons: -frequent power cuts which affects the water supply in the bathroom -if your room is in the main building on the top floor, remember there’s no elevator. So with luggage it becomes a little challenging

there was no hot water in the shower during our stay. we complained in the evening of our arrival, nothing was done. we called in the morning, still nothing was done, until we already had to leave. at the check-out, instead of apologizing, we received a very rude response. breakfast was poor, one of the worst we've seen in Georgia. the whole experience was disappointing, definitely not what we expected from a place with such pretentions.

Booked the family room. Upon arrival, the manager was very rude, and trying to force us to put our 8 and 10 year olds alone in a separate room. When we insisted on getting the family room (which he had initially agreed on), he left us stranded with no sheets and pillows for the sofa bed where our kids were supposed to sleep. We spent all evening asking for sheets and pillows, being assured they would be brought to out room, and we didn't get the sheets and pillows until 11:50pm!!! By then, the kids were already asleep, and making the bed was a huge ordeal. I would NOT recommend this place for its service! Otherwise, the location is beautiful and the food is very good.

The most beautiful place I have ever visited. Great view and amazing food. Amazing pool and sauna. Didnt want to leave. We will comeback for SURE. Small but clean rooms. I wish i would stay there longer

A very special place in my heart. We had our dream wedding in a vineyard of the hotel Schuchmann. The food they serve is amazing, the wine they make is too good to be true and the service they have will leave you speechless. A big shoutout to Natia who took a full ownership of organizing our wedding and made it IDEAL. Our day wouldn't be the same without you ＜3

Die Begrüssung war wenig herzlichym, der Herr an der Rezeption war leider wenig motiviert. Wir haben zu viert eine Villa gemietet. Die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gefallen, zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Badezimmer plus eine zusätzliche Toilette, eine Küche mit Esszimmer. Auch den Kamin im Wohnzimmer haben wir genossen. Ein grosses Minus war jedoch, dass im einen Schlafzimmer der komplette Fensterrahmen lose im Gemäuer war und man mit wenig Kraftaufwand das Fenster hätte rausdrücken können. Eine gratis Führung durch die verschiedenen Weinkeller inlusive Verkostung ist bei einer Übernachtung dabei. Sehr informativ und die Weinverkostung und das Aperoplättli waren hervorragend. Auch die Massage war sehr gut, die anderen Teile des Spas haben wir nicht genutzt (Aussenpool). Enttäuscht waren wir leider vom Essen. Der Vegiburger war komplett kalt und der Schuchmann Burger war sehr einfach und auch das Brot nicht erwärmt. Ausserdem wurden wir nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass wir 2x nur Fleisch ohne Beilagen bestellt haben, das erwartet man in dieser Hotelkategorie jedoch durchaus. Leider war dann das eine Fleisch auch total trocken und lauwarm. Sehr schade bei dem tollen Wein. Das Frühstück war okey, nichts spezielles für die Hotelkategorie. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The wine tour was amazing. Wine is very cheap and very tasty. Liked swimming pool and gym is pretty good. Great view on mountains. Stayed for one night but the experience was great. Planning to go again.

This place has its own natural beauty of wineyards, view of the valley and mountains, gardens. An amazing experience of wine tasting. Our suite was a duplex and bedroom had window on all four sides. Only drawback was that there was no phone so you have to go to the reception to make all requests. But overall great stay
