This is our go to hotel to stay in Kingston, Very comfortable and clean. They have a very good breakfast which was open until 11 am on Christmas morning. However on Boxing Day it was only open until 9 am and we did not know this. There were many who did not realize this as well. They should have mentioned on check-in.
However, it is still a very good hotel to stay in.

Overall, the hotel was clean, very new and modern. According to the hotel staff we had one of the best rooms in the hotel. Unfortunately, on our first night we had to complain multiple times due to a couple yelling, fighting, stomping feet and screaming in the room next to us from 1:30am until almost 4am, when I mean screaming… it was a straight up fight, the lady was clearly not impressed with her partner. The night staff was so kind but it took multiple calls of concern to have the couple spoken too plus eventually having the police involved.
We didn’t get much sleep and felt like the use of our first night was wasted due to the constant complaining and going down to the front desk to speak to someone.
The hotel is nice and it’s a great place to stay but unfortunately for our first night it wasn’t the best experience environment wise.

The hotel is very clean and new, but there was no way to rent a movie and there was no guide to the TV. This was frustrating as we planned on just relaxing with a movie after a long day of driving.

Our 2nd stay there. Again, the bathtubs make a lot of noise when you are having a shower. Not sure why they creak so much but woke my wife both times. Stayed on the 2nd floor and was woken up in the morning by smells of breakfast in the foyer. Stay on upper floors if possible. Very nice, clean and comfortable otherwise.

All staff was friendly although I was told I’d have to pay for a water bottle cause I could not fill up my bottle outside of the breakfast hours.
Overall the cleanliness was good except we found some loose change and food just under one of the bed frames.

The king sizes bed was not comfortable in one side it felt like i was on a hole and the others side i felt like i was falling. Not a good experience

Overall good hotel - clean, comfortable and modern.
Hotel bills itself as pet friendly but be aware the pet charge is $75. I believe this is excessive.
