Premier Inn Newton Abbot

We stay every easter and have done for years, unfortunately we will be looking to book elsewhere from now on. Rude staff, worse weekend of sleep in ages, air conditioning is not fit for purpose, musky smelling, the signage outside is missing letters, cleaning standards have slipped, beef eater could do with a deep clean too, clearly let it slip in all areas.

Clean room with a comfy bed and an excellent shower with plenty of hot water. The beefeater next door was real good vsue for evening meal and breakfast and we were really looked after by Dale and his team. The deals on offer were really good value. Parking is free and it is conveniently located with the racecourse next door and only a short walk into town.

Standard hotel on the racecourse at newton abbott . Our room was very basic no window to open for fresh air . Check in staff were very friendly lots of parking on site . Beefeater pub over bridge nice for drinks that we had but didn’t eat there

Modern hotel. Plenty of parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Pleasant, clean, comfortable room with coffee pod, tea making facilities and a Beefeater connected next door which provided excellent meals at very good prices and special offers for hotel guests (connecting walkway)

The room was clean and plenty of space. Staff are friendly. Easy access with a lift so don’t have to go up the stairs. Kay kids enjoyed it and was very excited and happy about staying here. Overall would definitely recommend

A number of thank you's : Firstly to Louise & Mitchell on reception. Care, attention and made you feel valued rather than another interruption to their day. There was also a young lady in restaurant who went out of her way to arrange a solution for a meal where garlic was not part of it and also looking for an alternative drink to suit. One of the best Premier Inn's we have stayed in...and that's down to the staff!

Don't stay in room 106 as it backs onto reception and the staff chatting keeps you awake all night! The breakfast was well cooked and looked delicious but the plate detergent made everything that had touched it inedible. Beefeater across the bridge is very tired and smells of stale pubs and dirty grease, so I'd eat breakfast elsewhere in future - Tesco across the road probably - Beefeater lets down the Premier Inn brand and not a guaranteed good nights sleep as advertised. Would stay again but ask for a top floor room and definitely not 106!

We have used this premier inn a few times each time it’s been great that’s why we return. Lovely stay very helpful reception hope to see you again soon. Next time I think we will book one of the new rooms now that we know about them just an added bit of luxury

Another fantastic stay here, staff are always very helpful and go out there way to help you, rooms are always spotless. The adjourning restaurant is fabulous for breakfast and evening meal would definitely recommend. You can purchase a meal deal which saves you money that gets you a two meal and all you can eat breakfast excellent value.
