入住看郵件，房間有點小，其實風景是很不錯的，房子在山坡上，可以看到峨眉灣。但是距離主要景點太遠了，整個鎮子都沒有超市和飯店，一定要先準備食材，不然晚飯沒着落

Very clean and comfortable, excellent facilities. The host is very friendly and koalas on the property who could ask for more . The view is amazing and Emu Bay is a convenient place to explore the island . A fairy penguin colony is another added bonus of staying in Emu Bay . A perfect place for families or couples.

Apart from the lovely view of Emu Bay and the generously equipped accommodation this is a great place to see wildlife. A koala was in residence in the eucalypts near where I stayed, kangaroos browsed in the grounds and a variety of tiny native birds used the birdbath just outside my loungeroom window.

Perfectly located to visit all the KI attractions and cosily fitted out for a comfortable stay in cottage 3, but that's just the start. Rene is a fantastic host providing a great experience not just at the venue but for every facet of your KI experience via very comprehensive app which has everything you need to know about the island and regular communications. Highly recommended especially for 1st time vistors

From the breathtaking views of the gardens and bay, to the very well equipped kitchenette, the clean bright bathroom and the soft warm bedroom, Emu Bay holiday homes’ Bayview cottage was all we could have asked for and more! It’s ways a joy to sit on the veranda of an afternoon sipping an aperitif, gazing at the teal bay, and the sun bathing the dinning table in the morning as we ate our bacon and egg breakfast has to be experienced to be fully appreciated. The wild birds who come to bathe and drink from the bird bath are just some of the creatures you will share your stay with at this magnificent part of KI. We’ll definitely be back! We had a fabulous stay at Emu Bay Holiday Homes. The views from the room are just spectacular - seeing the sunrise and moonrise over the bay is just breathtaking. Super quiet area with koalas and kangaroos on/around the property! Apartment was incredibly clean with everything you would need provided. It's a 15 minute drive to Kingscote and given collision risk to wildlife at night, we took takeaway dinners on our way back before dusk every evening and ate on the little front patio watching the moon rise over the bay - incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Easy to access any part of the island from here including the national park. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay - would highly recommend! Stay here for your KI holiday.

A wonderful experience that exceeded all expectations. The cabin has everything one needs. The surroundings are very beautiful and kangaroos, koalas and the birds come to visit often. Just when we thought it was as good as it can be, we realized there was more! Incredible starry skies and a lot of shooting stars. Wishing we could have stayed for more than 9 days.

April 2024 We stayed in the Bayview Guest wing, perfect for the two of us, for our seven night stay. Although it is attached to Amani House, (so it can be hired as part of Amani too), it is very well sound proofed and we chatted to our neighbours at times but felt undisturbed by their presence. Fantastic views of the superb Emu Bay, surrounded by wildlife and we were made very welcome by Rene and Johannes. The lovely Rene visited us to make sure we had whatever we needed and she is very knowledgeable about KI and can answer any questions you might have. Everything we needed was supplied, including a welcome gift of a bottle of False Cape red wine, local honey and KI oats and the apartment was beautifully clean. An easy walk to the beautiful beach, friendly locals and a fifteen minute drive to Kingscote for a meal at the pub, or the local Italian. (Booking is a good idea!) Stayed three nights in Shalom, a well equipped 2 bedroom chalet. Woke up each morning to the sunrise through the front bedroom window. We were lucky enough to have a koala in the tree just outside when we arrived. Two others were in the trees by the entrance. Kangaroos came to visit. Emu beach is a short stroll down the hill, although you can drive and take your vehicle onto the five kilometre beach. Don’t worry it’s hard sand! EBHH is well situated to visit any part of the island and the quiet roads make for easy driving. Flinders Chase at the far western end is just over an hour away. Would thoroughly recommend whatever the length of stay.
