Recently remodelled 2 story 4 bedroom and two bathroom home. 1 bedroom and bath downstairs, 3 bedrooms plus a loft and bath upstairs. There is a king bed in the room downstairs. Upstairs there are two rooms with one king bed and one room with one queen bed.
This home features a large kitchen with a large dining table and separate breakfast nook to seat the whole family. There is a large livingroom with plenty of seating. Off street parking for your guests. Access to an outdoor hot tub and a large covered outdoor BBQ area for use in the winter.
There is also a folding roll away bed that can be used in the living room downstairs. Walking distance to Kings Beach shops and restaurants. A short drive to Crystal Bay, Nevada, Host to four casinos. Nice corner lot. Located near skiing/summer recreation. Just minutes from shopping, swimming & skiing.
We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
The house is also 1/2 a block from a 250,000 acre forest.

Per Local ordinance, the county wants travelers to pick up keys and to check-in in the office, educate guests and do a property overview. For this reason we don't do self check-in. Thanks for understanding!
Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 dog. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fee of $75.00 applies. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog. Please note without prior knowledge to the property manager there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00
Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each the property manager booking includes the property manager Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for the property manager Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection. Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.
