They impressed me with theirs safety policy. It’s the most important thing during political conflict. Also they provide all the services need - restaurant, room service, fitness. Even lounge zone with small library and board games. Everything is working even this times. Delicious Easter menu. Excellent!

Despite current situation in Ukraine staff of this hotel do their best to provide safe and comfortable staying. Security staff of President hotel prior my visit checked my identity, and before check-in bags were also checked. So during my stay I was confident in other guests and in my own safety. By the way, hotel is located in the center of Kyiv-most secured part of it. Breakfast and other services (gym, business center) are also available.

Great hotel. Spacious room, nice pool and sauna. Location is perfect to explore the area.

Great place to stay if you want to go sight seeing and do shopping as its 5-10 mins walk from city centre. Staff are great and helpful too with great swimming, sauna, gym facilities. Breakfast was great and lots of variety. One little caution to note you are best off calling your own taxi through the Uber or Bolt phone app as it will cost you less around the city.

The hotel offers a great variety of services. In the room you will have all kind of amenities, bathrobes , slippers and tons of towels as well, also a coffee machine, free capsules, water and muesli bars every day. We were provided with a room with a balcony on the 8th floor and the views were just amazing!! Thank you very much for that! The personal is friendly and ready to help if it was needed. The beds were very comfortable too and the room itself is very modern. The location is good, you can walk to the center and see all the sights or there are options for public transport with metro stops nearby. I would give a 9.5/10 and the only problem was sometimes other guests were really loud and they were just shouting on the corridor at 2am but of course this is not directly the hotel's fault. Another thing is the wifi which was not working perfectly all the time. However, considering all this, I think our stay was amazing and we will definitely come back once it is possible.

Facilities are good, because of an issue with ******* and president hotel we were unable to get the rooms we wanted. then we had to get a more expensive room, no discount or apology or something was offered whatsoever, which is strange

My room was very comfortable, the location was central, and the service staff were there for every problem. The hotel price is quite reasonable and room service is always available.
