Casa de La Flora has spoilt us on our 4 days, 3 nights stay. All of the staff has been incredible. Casa de La Flora located in a quiet area, next to the sea of course but however, the beach are not meant for swimming. You can do that over at La Flora or La Vela - which you can take free shuttle over (in about 8 minutes ride). Casa de La Flora hotel design is outstanding! For all of you exterior/interior designers, would appreciate it. It is all built eco-friendly. The Spa facilities is amazing -- we went twice on our trip! As for eatery or entertainment, it is a bit of a walk out to the those places. Takes you about 15-20minutes walk. But Casa de la Flora also serves delicious food with a bit of a price.

We booked this resort 2 years ago and received confirmation this Summer (7/23) only to be notified 2 weeks prior to arrival (10/23) that there was construction going on. I find this interesting as there are postings online mentioning remodeling until early 12/23 but they still booked us.We were reimbursed but left scrambling and left with a less quality, more expensive, resort. I hope they pay more attention to detail for future travelers as we planned our entire vacation around this resort….grrrrr!

We have just returned from a fabulous 10 day stay at Casa De La Flora. This resort is a 90 minute transfer from Phuket Airport. When we booked this resort through our agent, Trailfinders, we were told that the resort had been closed for renovations but we be open in time for our arrival on 18th December. However, on arrival we were welcomed by a very apologetic Liw, who informed us that our room which was to be the seafront pool villa suite would not be available for a few days, and that they had no alternative room they could offer until the next day. They offered to transfer us the 5 minute drive to a much larger sister hotel where our stay for one night would be all inclusive. The next morning we were taken back to Casa De La Flora and were given a very nice temporary room which was a duplex pool villa, at this stage we were told that our seafront room would be available in around 4 days. In compensation the resort would offer us full all inclusive accommodation along with free spa treatments which was very generous, therefore we used the superb resort restaurant every night. On Christmas Day we were transferred to our original room choice which had just been completed. This suite with the sea view is truly magical, especially the great sunsets just after 6pm at this time of year. The rooms are finished to an incredibly high standard with the bathroom areas particularly special. The private pool, decked area and double sun bed at the seafront pool suite villa was fabulous. Two large smart TV’s with Netflix, YouTube and a large number of international TV channels was also great. We used the spa for massage treatments 3 times, were welcomed by lovely staff and treated by very professional masseuses. This is definitely a must do if you are staying. The resort restaurant is fabulous with a very extensive menu. There is traditional Thai food but also great fish dishes, and even fish and chips and great pizza’s. Access to the long sandy beach is in front of the restaurant, we walked through the warm sea water for an hour towards the north every day, we only covered around half of the distance to the furtherest point in this time, the beach is very long, soft sand and largely deserted. Finally, apart from the location, stunning views, great accommodation and superb restaurant, it is the very special staff who make this resort what it is. Particular mention to Liw and also Im, Yui, Poppy and May in the restaurant. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this resort.

We arrived at the hotel and were told we had been upgraded to the deluxe duplex room with a view. Absolutely fantastic room with a view from the bedroom over the sea. There was a large choice of food for breakfast to suit all tastes and nationalities. You sit outside overlooking the sea at the restaurant and served by very friendly and helpful staff. The tide was high each day we were there so you couldn’t go on the beach. However you could go to their sister hotel by free shuttle bus if you wanted a beach. There is some sand at the end of the restaurant with beach chairs and umbrellas. We went there every day just to read our books and chill out and go down the steps to swim in the sea. This suited us fine and was very nice and quiet. The infinity pool is wonderful to swim in and happy hour drinks were available. These were also available at the restaurant later, which is great to have a cocktail and watch the sun set in beautiful surroundings. The nearby town is easily walkable from the hotel if you want a change of scenery - or you can hire bikes! Would highly recommend this hotel and if ever in the area would gladly book again.

The hotel, the location, the staff, the food, we fabulous, the air conditioning sadly was a little annoying, it worked for a time, but then randomly switched to heating mode. We were told the hotel is about to replace them. The food was lovely, and the staff were always there to help, and eating just feet away from the sea was a unique experience. Having our own pool was lovely, and having the mini bar replaced daily, a bonus. The massage staff were amazing, we went twice in a week, both times the result was worth the pain. The grounds were immaculate.

Odd layout in hotel room. Up a few steps to the door, on this level there is a toilet, handbasin, shower and wardrobes, up a small flight of stair to the ,bedroom glass wall at the end of the room giving view of the ocean. Down another small flight os stair to the lounge which leads to the patio and pool. There was a lot of sharp edges on the furniture and several people had cut shins. The restaurant. Was excellent with a good variety of food, and they would change any dish you asked for. No beach which was a downside but we were told this in the broacher. Very nice town with a large market every day.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr schön. Der Service dazu war auch super und sehr nettes Personal. Ich komme definitiv wieder! Danke für den Aufenthalt.

Amazing staff, location, facilities and venue. We visited for our honeymoon and were not disapointed, we were welcomed with a hot bath, petals and champagne. We based all activities from the hotel, there were never any issues and the staff were always willing to help.
