웰컴헤리티지 킴사르 포트 & 듄 - 멤버 IPC 호텔 그룹(Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Fort & Dunes, Khimsar)

We checked in around 3 pm but nobody bothered to check with us about our arrival from the hotel team. The check-in was not like one would expect from a property like this. We were served some mocktail in dirty smudged glasses, which we refused. We had booked 3 rooms, all three were big with good interiors but lack of cleaning in the visible corners and dirty rugged curtains triggered my OCD. The lizard in my brother’s room further turned down the entire experience, although it was removed by their housekeeping after a series of unattended calls. The food was good, they lack variety but the items served sufficed our taste buds. One thing that irritated us the most was the attitude of the staff, they are greedy. They expect a tip everytime. The way they stand and would not leave until you give them some money was really annoying. The housekeeping guy was tipped twice but still did not hesitate annoying us to the core on the checkout day by continuously looking into our room until we closed the door. The activities at the property are quite entertaining. We had a good time at the sand dunes village. The Rajasthani dance , magic show were quite enthralling. It is a beautiful property but not being ***aged well.

Very pleasant. Frendly.Excellent service. Very happy Cleatus and his team were excellent. We got what we requested in time. Explained well what food available and given choices.ordered food was brought at table within considerable time.

The food and service was excellent. Lovely staff that is very helpful. The place is well maintained. The staff members cater to your need. The buffet spread is good with fresh fruits and a wide spread of different foods from around the globe.

Amazing experience from check in to check out. I must appreciate the work of the fort which is very well maintained, i am that housemaker who lives in a dust free environment and i have found one of the plus point here. Kudos to each and every staff who is working hard and making the guest experience to the fullest. Recommended to all my family and friends to visit atleast once to explore such serene beauty, especially Sand dunes one of the major and most serene experience one can get from Hi-Tea to the low sound music of the environment, everything is amazing.

It was a lovely stay at Khimsar Fort. Me and family were highly appreciated with each service be it the Ruins dinner or the vansh breakfast, apart from all these Major attraction was the Roof top. Which is highly maintained and one can go up and sip a tea or coffee. I would highly recommend this to all my family and friends. Superb work done by all the staff members. Thank you Khimsar for making our memories memorable. Will visit sooner with my all friends. Cheers.

Hospitality which i have experienced in this hotel is phenomenal,So welcoming staff,Respect they give to each customer is highly appreciated.cleanliness is maintained so well. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay. Even the sunset point at sand dunes was beautiful.

The property has big, spacious nice cozy rooms. This is the only good thing about the hotel. However when it comes to service it is terrible starting from the check in to the checkout experience everything was bad. Checkin: Front office staff had 3 people yet they had no clue of what they were doing. No greeting no welcome. They gave us a list of names of guests n said find your name and tell us.. Wow! Really that's how you do a check in in ITC hotel!? Gym/Spa/Bar/Swimming: They had a wedding going on at the hotel and they gave the gym, spa, swimming pool and the bar to the wedding people for their private use. I mean this is a getaway property where people come in to relax. We were there only for a night n couldn't use any of these. Restaurant: Went to 1 outlet for a casual visit just to see. They didn't have menu cards! When asked for it they sent a staff to fetch them which took 10 minutes! Dinner: went to another of their outlets. Food was average and service horrible. Staff would just lift off the plates without even asking if we were done when we had food on the plate. This happened repeatedly and not just once. Completely unacceptable! Breakfast: thankfully this was the only time when we had some proper service going on. But we were too let down with the overall experience already. Would we recommend? Definitely NO! Place is pricey and you can spend your money in a much better experience getaway at another destination than here. Simply SKIP! To Mr Ranjit Sisodia, Since I have noticed you responding here to the reviews, please keep your standard phrases away because your team did nothing while we were there in spite of telling them about every incident during our stay, so your words here on TripAdvisor means nothing when there is little you do to make your guest comfortable.

If you have a few days to burn and want to enjoy staying in a fort, itc khimsar ticks all boxes for a relaxed holiday to unwind yourself from the daily stresses. The property is beautiful with large well appointed rooms, a car museum, activity centre with cycling, tennis, indoor games, pool etc. Don't come with the expectations of having a lot to do and explore and things will be great. Food however needs to be improved as the standard of meals was decent but nothing which stood out.

It was a great property but is in ruins thanks to the way it is run. We had a few major incidents while we were there, and they were reported. 1. There were things missing from our safe: not a lot but there were things missing, it was reported, they were in denial at first but then took actions. They came back to us to say that they did not find any wrongdoing, but they were willing to hand the staff to the police. We said our intention was to just warm them because it's not expected from such a brand and also not when things are in the room safe. Btw. the room safe was opened in 1 second by the housekeeping staff which made us sure this was done regularly. This was escalated to the GM, and we got an appointment to explain and he was gracious enough to accept this was unacceptable and they will take corrective action. In return they were kind enough to offer if we needed anything special but that was not the point of this complain. 2. After this incident, things went downhill. We had a captain who was rude while taking our order. He just kept pointing to the menu and saying you will get what is in that and nothing else. For a brand, I have never seen that. There is always a way to satisfy the guests culinary needs. Of course, we asked for a change of captain and things got better. 3. While we were checking out, there no was no one to help with our luggage to be loaded onto our car. In spite of requests to their bell staff, we were told people were busy while there were 2 bell boys standing right in front doing nothing. Can you imagine such service from anyone let alone ITC brand. If we are able to overlook this, the property was maintained, with ***y activities to do. The evening shows were great and so was the games room. The staff in general were courteous barring these few bad apples. Overall, did not live up to our expectations and we will not recommend this to anyone.
