Location : A wonderful place surrounding with green farming crops. 30 minutes away from main kheda highway. Resort: We received a warm welcome and welcome drink on arrival. Check in was very smooth and quick. Beautiful place heaving, beautiful landscapes, lush green gardens, wonderful fountains, Children play areas, multi cuisine restaurant and ***y more things all this makes this place very happening, calm and beautiful. Rooms : they have royal villas, tatal 8 villas ( rooms ) and each room theme decoration represent different countries cultures. All these 8 villas located around the pool and view was very wonderful. They have alloted us Japan theme room. Rooms are specious, nice decorated, beautiful wall painting and Japanese culture photo frames. Room equipped with all modern facilities. Bathroom: A Place nicely equipped with all modern amenities, Big area of bathroom include bath area, toilet area and dressing areas. Restaurant: A multi cuisine restaurant serving delicious food as we ordered Jain food they have very nicely cooked. we have tried North Indian food one day as well as continental food on other day. Breakfast for both days was very delicious with different varieties. Enjoyed lovely food. Staff : All the staff of the resort are very soft spoken, kind, always keep smiling, and happy to help you. Service: Room service was very quick and prompt. Pool : This area is little bit small but we enjoyed much while playing balls in it. Rings and different types of ball available to play in pool. My child has enjoyed lot there. We can easily spend 40-60 minutes in pool. No swim costume compulsory in pool that's good thing while you go with full family. Indoor games: it's near car parking zone and ***y games available for Playing, we have enjoyed pool, snooker, tatris, chess, carrom, football board, air hockey, jengga, etc much more at least 20 games for indoor playing. Gym : A small gym area ***** with indoor games where some wait lifing exercise and trademill excercise you can do. Outdoor games: there are also lots of outdoor games and we enjoyed miniature golf with 18 holes (must play), Box cricket ( must go), and archery.***y more games available but due to less players we don't play paintball. Children play zone : if u have small kids under 14 then this area is for them to enjoy with lots of fun. It's a five star property but the behaviour and trea**ent of all resort staff are much beyond that 7 stars I would say. A wonderful life-time memories for celebrating our wedding anniversary. I would love to go again to this place.

Not good for resort membership owners. They are not providing bookings easily. Since last 1 month this is 3rd time got reply that resort is booked for marriage, then what is use of membership? I suggest not to buy any kind of membership as then won't allow room booking

My family and I had a wonderful stay here ! The staff is wonderful so accommodating. The rooms (and bathrooms) are impressively clean. The best part of the resort is that they look to give back to the community. I will be returning in the future for sure

We stayed for two nights, and it wasn't what I expected, especially considering the high cost of 25000, which is similar to Madhuban Resort. Although the rooms were okay, spending so much money on this place didn't feel worth it. A big problem was the lack of cleanliness. We noticed dishes outside rooms for two days, and there were messy mattresses and bedclothes lying around. This made the resort seem not well taken care of, and it made us question if it was worth the price. The restaurant experience was not good either. The staff had a hard time understanding our requests, and the food at the buffet was not good - I would suggest avoiding it. To make things worse, there were houseflies in the restaurant that were annoying and even landing on the food. We told the staff about it, but nothing was done. The Jacuzzi was also disappointing; it didn't work properly, and even the staff couldn't figure out the issue. The ongoing construction added to the problems, making the whole experience not pleasant. In short, if you're thinking of spending a lot of money, you might want to check out other places like Madhuban Resort for a better experience. But if you're okay with a not-so-great experience, you can still consider staying here. It would be nice if they could at least refund some of the money, but I'm not very hopeful about that.

Room's so good Hardy see such each unique thims room Minka rajmahal nymbani Casablanca... Though the outdoor and indoor gamesare plenty but it's costomer duty to maintain can cee, Very we'll food and different types room's cleaning so good...... thanks neonz team's

Had a terrible terrible experience on this Diwali 2023 at your resort. We had paid for 2 night stay (56k INR), your so called 5 star accommodation, service, food and cleanliness was so bad, I had to leave on very next morning (around 12-12:30 PM) even without the refund (28k INR for second night stay). We had lunch on our first afternoon, food was being served on open ground. Since the food was being served in open ground, it's obviously there were flies and Insect on the food too. Restaurant's in door dining was really smelly and less air circulated. Talking about the food, food quality was really bad, only few dishes were served. For the beavaerages there were limited options only (only buttermilk). Talking about the quality of our rooms and it's luxury, my pillow had some buttermilk stains which was caused by previous customer. Still uncleaned after our check in. I already had told frontdesk team for our early check-in on the day of our arrival, we still had to wait around 30 minutes when we checked in. Electricity was going down every 10 minutes, not something I'd expect from my 5 star resort (which is same priced as hotel and resort empire Taj). When I asked for a refund, they denied our request by saying you've to cancel it before 1 week prior to get full refund. We eventually left the resort on the next day without the refund but just after 30-40 mins of leaving they asked me for my bank details for the refund and it was NEVER credited. Lastly I'd suggest Charotar resort pvt ltd to star promoting Neonz as 3 star Instead of 5 star resort. 5 star resort is about perfection and satisfaction of the customers. Neither of them was experienced by my family.

After hectic schedule of day to day life we planned for only leisure trip for a weekend. I was in dilemma about place, service and food as there are no much details on the website. But it was good because if we would have seen all the situation of rooms and all the pics than there will be no pleasant surprise for us. As the place is quite clean, cool, calm and lush green environment. Food was excellent and service too...would love to go again and again...

The ambience of the resort is absolutely eye catching. We stayed in a Haveli room (each room has a country theme concept room). The staff's politeness was very touching. The ***aging director, Mr. Suresh Patel, personally came to meet and check on us if everything was ok and asked if they could do anything to serve us better!! Enjoyed food varieties and was super tasty. It was a perfect place for our family to relax and have a great time there. Enjoyable for any age group as they have games, miniature golf and much more. Worth your money for this 5-star Neonz resort. I would definitely go back and hopefully soon!!
