Superior Golf & Spa Resort

We have been going to this place for the last 4 years during 10/15 days each year to the spa and Gym until February 2019 in spite of the fact that only one person spoke English and the service is not to the standarts of a 5 stars resort as they pretend in general all was acceptable until now. We arrived again in kharkiv 5 days ago and went back to spa where the same speaking English person was happy to see us as we did however all went wrong. The service was totally a disaster, the state of chaguing rooms very untidy, the food terribly bad the service service disaster. The amount of people in the inside swimming pool was to much for the size of the pool due to a children's camp coming every day the hygiene of the pool was terrible to the point that I have to request together with someone else that the pool be close and clean due to large amounts of food found in the sweeming pool. I went to the sauna and when coming in there was a lady laying down with a man blowing air with some tree leaves and it was impossible to get in due to the dirt of the area an no place to sit. Furthermore by the time the swimming pool was being clean, by a lady who looked annoyed by all this one of my twin girls 5 years old put her foot into a hole which was wronly closed an hurt her leg with no one taking care of it or coming to offer help. During lunch and after waiting for an hour to be served finally 2 portions of pasta for my twins was brought in 2 terrible plastic containers and a was given a Vegan club sandwich which not only was terrible presented but also had an avocado totally not ripe. It is very sad that such a lovely place is being kept in such a bad way due mainly to lack of qualified staff in all areas of the spa without any knowledge of what good service is nor knowing a word of English. A resort which pretends to be a luxury resort is certainly not and lacks not only professionals knowing how to run it but also the heigienic standards of one.

Lot of confusion with stuff : room was not ready and they could not find reservation, gave me different room. After moved me to an other room . Check out was terrible! They tried to charge me twice for the breakfast…Just to much hustle there , not good computerized!

Если вы ищите лучшее для себя, тогда однозначно это Superior Golf and Spa Resort! Сервис, атмосфера, лучший в Европе SPA, вкусные рестораны и украинское радушие! Если бы не дела, мы бы и не выезжали с этого комплекса! Живя в Швейцарии, однозначно могу сказать, что бы вы не думали о европейском сервисе -в Супериор лучше! Обязательно сходите на пропарку березовыми вениками к Павлу, на массаж к Оксане. Попробуйте самый вкусный шашлык в ресторане Альбатрос и щучью икру! И ещё-обязательно посетите фитнесс зал -супер оборудование,нереальные тренеровки ! Если в Харькове-то только наш любимый Супериор♥️

Каждый год мы приезжаем на семейный отдых именно в Харьков и в Superior, зная что это "что-то для всех". Прекрасные рестораны, террассы и ужины у озера. Гольф и теннис не только для профи, но и супер дружные тренера для детей (мой 8-летний сын точно рекомендует). И конечно-же СпА и отличные спорт-залы. Не говоря о гостинице, которая не просто шикарная, но и чувствуется забота. Забота и гоcтях и о гостинице. Очень рекомендую!

Вот уже второй год, как мы открыли для себя Новогодний Гольф отель. Очень уютно, атмосферно, отличное обслуживание, лучший завтрак, который мы где либо встречали, сюрпризы и подарки в номер, прекрасное новогоднее меню и программа (отдельное внимание детям, что очень важно), уютные номера, как дома и зимний вид из окон. Так же советуем спа и процедуры. Харьков удивляет, рядом много атмосферных мест и развлечений для ребёнка. Отель заслуживает 5 звёзд и очень здорово, что такой отдых есть в Украине.

Это наше любимое место в Украине!!! Отличный отель, классный ресторан, клубная атмосфера, великолепный сервис и конечно гольф!!! Поле в отличном состоянии на протяжении всего сезона. Хочется сюда возвращаться снова и снова!!! А осенью это просто шедевр!!!
