Hotel Raj Palace was a great base for our adventures in Maheshwar. The room was comfortable and clean, although a bit small, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Sagar and his family added a personal touch, making us feel really at home, with information about the town and the local area, and assistance as needed. All in all we felt comfortable and well looked after. I recommend a balcony room, overlooking the Narmada River and Raja Rajeshwar Temple. Maheshwar has a lot to offer, being reminiscent of India of old. We explored the whole town on foot, met some very lovely people and could have stayed longer than the 12 days we booked.

Very clean and neat place right in the fort and walking distance to most temples/ghats in maheshwar. While there is no restaurant on premises, they recommend a very good restaurant (labbooz) for lunch and a homely banke bihari for dinner (the dal bafla there is highlight. It may be noted that getting to all their rooms involve climbing steps.

Handlooms 시장과 가까운 평화로운 장소에 위치하고 있습니다. 호텔의 유일한 장점은 객실이 상당히 넓고 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있다는 것입니다. 거의 모든 것이 부정적인 것을 제외하고는. 1) 원형 계단이 있고 엘리베이터가 없는 4층짜리 호텔. 시니어 및 아픈 사람에게는 적합하지 않습니다. 2) 작동하지 않는 이름의 레스토랑. 모닝 티를 마시더라도 원형 계단을 사용하여 이사해야 합니다. 3) 리셉션의 프론트 데스크 직원은 많은 것을 주장하지만 대부분의 시간에 사용할 수 없습니다. 호텔의 서비스는 평균 이하입니다.

매우 좋은 방, 친절한 직원 및 아주 좋은 음식. 가족을 위한 완벽한 숙박. 객실은 넓고 매우 깨끗합니다. 옥상에 있는 레스토랑과 좋은 음식이 어우러져 특별합니다. 팀은 매우 도움이 됩니다. 팀 덕분에 체크인 시 적극적으로 정보를 제공했기 때문에 Narmada ghat에서 aarti를 할 수 있었습니다.

Management people are nice, they listen and understand their guest requirements.

Location of the property is just Amazing and Unbelievable.Mr Anand Mahur on Reception and Mr Devendra Sir are Very nice Persons and ready to listen you and help you.But what we feel is both need good team and sufficient staff for better management and proper services to the Guests. Cleanliness should be improved. And Restaurant services needs overall improvement. They provide very poor services with very insufficient and untrained staff. During our morning breakfast only one person was trying to give services to all most 30 guests. All other staff were just relaxing inside and not bother about Guests. Mr. Anand was trying to satisfied the customer needs when somebody like me meet him during breakfast and request him to solve the issue. Thanks to his generosity. Breakfast with very few options was provided. Quality and test of Poha was not good.Needs lots of improvement in Restaurant services. Except food overall other experience is nice. All other staff are cooperative and polite in nature.
