Excellent location... Nice hotel.. service was very slow especially at the restaurant and in room food service. Hotel had warmth of being in Vrindavan..not very fancy but vibe was soothing.

Excellent location nice family room. Close to all prominent temples. On Premanand Maharaj Parikrama Marg. Definitely recommended

pros:- 1. Location is close to iskcon and prem mandir. 2. Food is good but on expensive side. 3. staff service is excellent & on time. 4. Ambience is very good due to greenery. Cons :- 1. Very expensive stay. Family room priced as on april 2025. Almost double of what it should be. Not at all recommended for a 3 star hotel at this price. 2. My room toilet was flush was not working. It was caused us lot of problem in morning time. Its flush system was too old. i paid too much to not face such problems. 3. Its location does not allow personal 4 wheeler entry. Very tough to negotiate with police. And also parking 4 wheeler is a issue in front of hotel.

Helpdesk reception calls would go unanswered. Floor tiles were dirty. Complementary breakfast would start only after 8:30 am, which means you can only start your sightseeing not before 9am. If I knew that, I would have not have opted for breakfast. Ended up giving up the breakfast.

It was a nice experience. Good food n services with beautiful views. Nice behavior of all the staff members.We wish to stay again. Radhe Radhe:)

Overall a great experience.. specially I booked this hotel for having a great Darshan of Shri Premanand Ji Maharaj ji.. And it went really well. Rooms are great.. Hygiene is good.. food is costly as compared to vrindavan local food.. room service.. stay.. also they allowed us to keep the luggage in the lounge after our checkout as our train was late at night. Its very much near to anywhere you wish to go in vrindavan
