I definitely recommend this place . Had the best customer service ever staring from Kia at the front desk.

Been to Key West many times. (we live in Fort Lauderdale, so it's a nice getaway that is a short drive) Our preference is to stay at guest houses on the east end of the island, rather than staying in the busier east end. We rent bikes on arrival and keep the car parked. Parking is a problem with this property. They have what appeared to be 6 spots at $25/night, and 20 spots at a lot nearby at $20/night. None of which were available. Options were to park at meters at $5/HOUR, or to find rare non metered street parking. Since we frequent the area often,we knew where to street park w/o meters, just 2 blocks away. The room was clean and simple, no maid service, you had to go to the desk and ask for towels, soap etc. Comfortable bed and a fridge in the room. Only drawback was the constant drone of window unit A/C that barely kept the room cool. When I booked the room the confirmation email said that upon arrival we would be charged $74.97. What we were actually charged was $118.09. Even showing the confirmation email to the desk attendant made no matter. The included continental breakfast was sufficient, juices, coffee, waffle maker, bagels, fruit, cereals. The dining area was clean, well maintained and central A/C. Also included is a happy hour from 5-7 in the lobby with wine and individually wrapped snacks. Over all 4 stars, had parking been free and they honored the price we were expecting to pay on arrival, they'd get 5 stars. But hey, it's Key West, they march to a different drum.

Très bien situé! À une rue de Duval Street ainsi que quelques mètres du point le plus au sud des États-Unis. L’établissement est très charmant, beaucoup d’Iguanes autour de la piscine. Nous avions passé un chouette moment Dommage que le ménage ne se fasse pas tous les jours

Watch out for the hidden resort fee levied by the resort on arrival in spite of pre paying in full with *******. The property is in need of a makeover and is poor value for money. The staff are loud and unprofessional. STAY ELSEWHERE

The king suite is an old inn. There is no separate thermostat so they decide ti keep it freezing cold. They will offer you extra blankets. The shower pressure is a little better than spit. We were beside the stairs and you heard everyone coming and going. You also heard the people walking around above you. Parking was available but it was far away. There are no elevators so if you require wheelchair access, good luck. We had a walker which was a little inconvenient. Overall, not worth the price.

Nice inn, liked the adults only concept. Road construction outside could not be helped and the woman at the front desk was helpful and patient. Swimming pools excellent as were the breakfast spots. The huge drawback for the price was the tiny room I was in that was half under construction too. Wall TV was crooked, closet was broken, no racks in shower for soap, shampoo. Room was overpriced for the return.

You are better of finding another accommodation than staying at this place. The property is dirty and in a terrible shape with no elevator. Staff are neither friendly nor helpful. We stayed for two nights and booked a king suite room but got demoted to a regular room due to room availability. Upon checked in, we were assigned to a very dingy room with very strong chemical smell and poor lighting. We requested a room change given that my partner have allergies to strong smell. After arguing and waiting for over an hour, they assigned us to a smaller room with noisy AC but no smell so we took it. One good thing is that the location is close to the night life and restaurants but very noisy.

Under construction . No heads up on the fact that heavy machinery would be waking us up at the crack and f dawn!!! Also a renovation or work being done in the room above us!! Understandable if there were some compensation or even a warning in advance … ******* and the proprietors should be ashamed of charging full price !!! Won’t be using ******* again to book a room . First and last time
