객실 에어컨에서 냉각수가 떨어졌으며, 냉장고가 비치되어 있지 않았음. 다른 동료들은 있었다고 하는데. 체크아웃시에 이 상황을 프런트에 이야기하니 미안하다고 함.

We stay for only 1 night but we feel uncomfortable with a crowded hotel with small lobby

3 star like batiqa hotel is very worth it if we compare to the price Very good service, so many people book this hotel and make parking area is so crowded The best things about this hotel is sunrise view. Almost all window in their room face to Ciremai mount. Various breakfast, and so tasty. Fresh fruit, and smoky fried rice Good experience for first time

Hotel location near grage mall (by car around 10 minutes) and other mall as well. Across hotel, there is holycow steak restaurant. We went to sunyaragi cave by car around 15 minutes. Since fasting month, many local restaurants are closed. Few amenities and hotel's slipper only 1, room condition clean as well. Air con cold enough but not maximum. Very recomended to stay, i will stay again if go to cirebon. a long coridor 5th floor space need to be cleaned (maybe carpet) cause a little bit smelly.

The parking is limited but free and fast valet service. The room is installed with old model AC and it leaked a bit during my stay. However, the engineering guy came to check and quick mitigation. Overall, the stay was fine, even though the building is old and a bit dirty-dusty.

BATIQA Hotel Cirebon is a clean and modern hotel in a good location. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the service is fast. Breakfast has many choices and tastes good. It’s close to the train station and city center, so it’s easy to go anywhere. Overall, a nice place to stay in Cirebon — good value for the price.
