Nicely located basic hotel. Very helpful staff, good breakfast. Parking nearby could be an issue during the peak season.

I arrived late on Friday evening and the staff was there waiting for my arrival. They were friendly and professional and quickly escorted to my room. They continually offered to take all my bags even though I was carrying only one light bag while they carried my two heavier bags. The room was clean and had a balcony with partial Ionian Sea views. Further my room had a simple but convenient kitchenette. The beds were comfortable and had a nice size television. The hotel was a five minute walk to the centre of Benitses and a one minute walk to the beach. They offer a full and delicious breakfast which is included in the price. Additionally they share a pool with a neighbouring hotel, the only catch is that you must buy a drink. The only complaint I have is,my building that my room was in, was a two minute walk up a hill from the main building. Handicap accessible is questionable. Otherwise I have no complaints in fact loved my stay there.

We had such a nice time in this hotel. Rooms are very clean (they have them cleaned each day, changing bed sheets and towels every second day) and the staff so kind and attentive. Whatever you need, they have. There was always plenty of food for breakfast and it was very delicious. The location is perfect, you need one minut walk to get on the beach. Benitses is also a nice place, small but cozy and peacefull. High recommendations for this hotel. They should get more stars! 😊

As soon as we arrived, the receptionist was an Amazon host. She helped us with our luggage and how to move around the island. The breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and had a lot of space and a nice view from the terrace. At the end they gifted us a souvenir. Overall, an excellent experience

Bella Vista was a pleasant surprise. The staff are great, warm and welcoming. The breakfast options were some of the best food I had while on vacation. It was comfortable, clean and close to bus stop. Great Restaurants within walking distance. I hope to return!

The staff were excellent, really friendly and professional. I would like to thank them for the first aid they gave me after I fell on the first night. On arrival we were greeted with a drink of cold water and a cold flannel to freshen us up, before being shown to our room. On departure there was luggage storage and access to showers and towels. The hotel is split across three buildings, we stayed in the building near the pool in a quiet area, away from the busy road. The pool was good, it had a cafe where we ate three days in a row, salads were good and fresh squeezed fruit juice was excellent. The hotel was very clean, with sheets and towels replaced regularly if not daily. The room was an adequate size. There was a good hairdryer and a television with BBC News. The kitchen area consisted of a sink, two ring hob, kettle and fridge. The fridge was noisy, so we turned it off on the first night. The newly refurbished bathroom was very small, there wasn't a shelf for wash bags, the shower was OK, but could spill out across the floor if you weren't careful, it was cleaned daily. There wasn't a great view from the balcony, although it was very quiet and not overlooked. The sound insulation between rooms was a problem, although once everyone had settled down for the night and the air cons were turned off, it was really quiet and possible to sleep. You could easily hear other people in other rooms and they could no doubt hear us. Breakfast was varied and limitless with a good selection on offer. There were plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and shops close by, although the walk to them along a busy road, with damaged pavements was not enjoyable.

The hotel is situated very close the the sea front just off the main road through Benitses. We found it was a really nice place to stay, our room was on the first floor and were lucky enough to get a corner apartment which had a balcony that went round both sides. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, breakfast was good with a nice variation of food, with everyone who worked there very helpful. There are plenty of bars/restaurants along the main road and into the village square.

Wonderful hotel with beautiful artwork, perfect location, great mountain views just behind hotel, and sweet sweet staff, who will help you with anything you may need, including arranging transport, recommending tours, places, restaurants or any issues you may have during your stay. And they have an amazing yummy breakfast buffet every morning.
