Tria Adelphia

Been going on and off for some 25 years. During that time the quality of service and the standard of food has not changed. Other than improving even more!! Philip, Helen and Yannis run it like a well oiled machine. Nothing is too much trouble and they even pick you up at the airport. Highly recommended.

Very friendly hotel , lovely welcome. Relaxing stay. This is a family run hotel, rooms are in the traditional Greek style. Very clean, we lost count of how many clean towels we had. Its really quite at night for sleeping and we did have complementary air conditioning, which we did use a little bit. We booked direct with the hotel and included there pick up and drop off service which was a lot cheaper than the other companies and very comfortable. The pool is clean and perfect for serious swimming, its very deep and not suitable for children unless supervised. There are lots of sun beds and umbrellas which are nicely spaced out. The food is delicious, highly recommend the Spit roast lamb, best we have had. The house wine is very drinkable, served warm or cold. Philip, Helen and Yannis are all really friendly and do what ever to make sure you have a nice holiday. The walk to the sandy beachof Arillias is one mile. My fitbit confirmed this distance. There is a lovely bakery five minutes from the hotel, the cakes are delicious. What could have been a stressful end to our holiday due to the greek air traffic controllers going on strike on the day we were due to travel, Yannis kindly said not to worry they would take us to the airport, and bring us back to the hotel and let us have our apartment back if needed. So we enjoyed our last day, and luckily the strike was cancelled ( would have been nice to have an extended stay ) Thank you for a lovely holiday

A very basic hotel. Advertises a two bedroom as having a lounge but basically it’s two identical twin bedded rooms, but in one room you can have the set up as beds or sofas. We had it as two bedrooms for my daughter and I but she ended up sleeping in my room as her beds had no under sheets on them just a very thin mattress cover and no covers on the pillows. All the beds were hard and uncomfortable, not ideal for a restful holiday. There was a problem locking our door which supposedly got fixed but still didn’t work. At times you would have no water so check taps and shower before you need water. Don’t dare ask for toilet paper! You have to provide your own and when you come back late on a Sunday with none because the only market you’ve passed was closed, the male owner challenges you over why you came back without any and didn’t try other markets! He gave us loo roll in the end but stressed we to replace it! Others staying here were also told, no you can’t have the basics of toilet paper. The male owner is abrupt, rude and standoffish. He makes you feel like you are bothering him when all he does is sit at the end of the bar day and night. The food is not great, the one evening meal we attempted to eat we left most of it as it was burnt, over cooked and just tasteless. No one was bothered that we hadn’t eaten much, service was non existent. The one breakfast we ate was good though and the lady that was there was lovely (assuming this is the wife). It’s a little out of the way from the main town and the beach. We had rain, so we’re stuck in doors bored senseless as nothing was close, unless we wanted to be out in a thunderstorm getting stuck. Pool was okay but there was a lot of sand in the bottom so probably an issue with their sand filtration which then leaves you wondering when this was last changed, if there’s issues in the pool plant and how clean the water actually is. We visited a few hotels in the town and had a day by the lovely pool of the Emar Hotel and we would definitely recommend this place, great food and great service.

Thank you to the wonderful family at Tria for being so friendly and accommodating. I travelled alone on this occasion, everyone at Tria went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed the perfect trip, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend staying here to anyone wishing to travel to Corfu

This is a lovely family run accommodation. It is very clean, a maid comes in 6 days a week. Philip, Helen and Yannis are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. They serve very nice food which is very reasonably priced. This was our third visit and we will definitely be returning in the future.

This review is just for the pool bar food. We spent an afternoon by the pool and having used their facilities we obviously decided to eat here. The food is shocking, a grey plastic disc for a burger with no relish, salad or taste. Chips three ways, cold, burnt or undercooked, on the same plate. The limpest most uninspiring club sandwich with similar chips. The service was friendly but seriously bad food.

We have just come back from a beautiful weeks holiday at Tria Delphia Arillas. Philip Eleana and Yannis's hospitality was second to none and could not fault at all. They couldn't do enough for you and so welcoming. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and maid service everyday. With beautiful views from your balcony. A lovely breakfast was included. Full English or a continental or you could have both with tea, coffee, fresh orange juice or water. Definitely recommend the Lamb Spit roast on a Sunday - absolutely lovely and especially topped it off with Eleana's homemade mint sauce. The swimming pool was spotlessly clean too and even though not heated it was so lovely to get into after a full day at the beautiful beach of Arillas. Hire car is also available and Yannis does an airport transfer to which was ideal and a lot cheaper than other companies. He is a very safe driver too. We were last at Arillas with our 3 young boys 20 years ago and had many holidays there and I would definitely recommend Tria Delphia. What a peaceful and tranquil setting too.

We booked to stay at the Tria private apartments , We booked a private transfer for 5 of us, air con minibus was waiting with a lovely bottle of cold water (August airport heat). There was no issue at all, took us approx 40 minutes. It was lovely seeing Yanni Philip and Helen on arrival. We always booked a package holiday at Tria (jet 2) so first time in staying in the separate block of apartments which were very spacious clean and you can see out to med sea. Please do try the lamb on the Sunday, it’s amazing, actually all of Helen’s meals she prepares and cooks are gorgeous, you will not be disappointed in anything you order. We hired out a car from Tria for a few days to take us around the island, Speak to Yanni or Phil for a great deal. Would I return …… Already booked for 2023
