If you want to eat Breakfast, do NOT go to this hotel. We stayed in December 2023 and the man, in charge of the breakfast, was very rude. We went down and there was nothing left, except about 3 items. Waffle Batter was out also. When asked, he said that he was not putting anything else out. This was about 8:00 am. We thought maybe this was a fluke, so, on our way back through in January 2024, we stayed, again, for 1-night. Went to Breakfast; pictures are time stamped at 8:41 am. The breakfast person, Susan, was sitting outside in the foyer, playing on her phone. The pictures show you what food was left, which was 1-fried egg, 2-pieces of bread and small pastry. I asked her if she was going to restock and she was very nasty, told me to eat waffles and even more nasty, said, "what else do you even want?". I told her she was rude and asked her name. This is the same as it was in Dec 2023, but, it was a man then. This means management of the hotel is telling them to not put food out. That is part of what we pay for, a breakfast, so, we went and spent money to eat breakfast at a restaurant. The man in Dec and Susan in Jan. were both very rude. No Food either time. Management is doing this. I did not even bother to contact the management at the hotel, because, we realized that management is telling them to not put food out. The Breakfast is part of what we pay for at Best Western, so, it is unacceptable that management, is clearly, telling them to not put food out. I told Susan that I was going to make a complaint, and, so, it is very very funny, because, on Google Reviews, right after I left, someone put up a review of how awesome she is. I appreciate that a friend is trying to cover for her, but, I don’t think she realizes, that, I have photos.

The stay was great. The staff was okay. No issues with the staff. We were hardly there anyway. Check-in was fast and simple. And breakfast, we will soon find out...

The only thing I did not enjoy was the fact that I did not have Wi-Fi. After I went to the front office and the young lady was very helpful and told me how to connect which I did but even then it would show five bars and still did not work.

TV in room and Fitness Room are awful. Do not function correctly.

Check in was great with melony she answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to get us the rooms we needed. The room was clean and comfortable we did find a 2 scorpions in our room but spoke to front desk who then referred us to Jack and he gave us a bit of a credit even offered to switch us rooms but we needed the conjoined rooms so decided to stay. Breakfast was very good staff was very friendly the only problem I had was that I was charged 35$ fee because one of my kids left a pizza stain on the comforter and apparently would not come off after being washed. It just would of nice to have been given a receipt or the least be notified of the charge. Other than that everything else was great

Pool was awesome and the breakfast was delicious! walking distance to Walmart.

Stain on my sheets we have to sleep in one bed due to the unclean sheet

The room was great breakfast was really good. only problem I had was that when I booked the rooms I booked 3 rooms to be sure I had enough for my work crew , half the crew didn’t show up so I only need 2 rooms and the hotel manager still charged me full price for the 3rd room (that we didn’t need) even after I explained the situation.

I enjoyed staying here so much! The room was huge. The bed was comfortable which is a must after my back surgery. I loved the scent of the toiletries. Had a great time in the pool. The only negative was the one washer they had available didnt spin thoroughly so took me 3 dryer cycles to get one load dry. But regardless, i will definitely be staying here again my next trip down.
