This place needs a major overhaul. I can’t describe how bad the place is with the amount they charge.

Located at the quiet corner of a large shopping center. Lots to do and plenty of restaurant choices. The common areas are very attractive, but the rooms are average. If you’re not looking for five star, this an affordable jewel.

After a flight delay caused us to miss our 9 night cruise, we booked 9 nights at The Palms instead. It was the BEST decision we could have made!! The daily hot breakfast was DELICIOUS and slightly different all 9 mornings we were there. The staff was constantly cleaning so the common areas and breakfast room were always clean and our room was cleaned to perfection every day! The Palms is on a pretty pond with a walking path to all the restaurants and stores in the shopping center next door - including Avis who gave us a wonderful rental car at a fabulous price. There were very few people at the outdoor pool and we had the entire area to ourselves most days. I would highly recommend The Palms to anyone who wants to be in the Miami area without being near the beaches or downtown!

Property is in excellent location near to restaurants shopping centers and not too far from Dadeland Mall personal is very nice the service excellent

The surrounding area of the hotel is beautiful, we almost missed seeing it. The staff was very friendly. The only thing we were disappointed with was no bacon offered at breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

It's always a comfortable stay. We come to Miami for cancer treatments and often need to stay a few nights. The Palms is in a convenient location to MCI and close to shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always hot and satisfying. My husband loves the waffles with strawberries and whipped cream!

I have stayed here before when it was a "Country Inn & Suites", I was not sure what to expect with the change. Overall I could find little to complain about. There is only one elevator and it is a little slow, the TV was a bit small, there were a couple of hick-ups with the room key not working. But the convenience of location and value for money far outweigh the minor inconveniences. The staff were helpful and attentive, I had packages sent to the hotel ahead of my arrival and they were there waiting for me. The room was comfortable and clean, and there was even a small fridge and microwave which I was not expecting. I will continue to make this hotel my choice when in south Miami.

Check in was at 3 and the room was not ready. After 30 minutes they offered a different room. I made a reservation for a king bed and they gave us 2 queen.
