The outdoor fireplace and covered patio make for a scenic place to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. The fishing dock allows easy access to the fishing hole that is popular for all kinds of salmon, Dolly Varden and Rainbow Trout. There is also a convenient viewing platform to sit and watch the river run by. Whatever the season, the fish gather in the eddy right off the banks of our property that is well-known as a rainbow trout and silver fishing hole. And when the reds are running they tend to get bottle-necked right off our dock! Larger groups can be accommodated in the guest house (separate listing: 1245744) which sleeps four adults. The guest house, combined with the main house, will accommodate up to 12 adults. The property is within minutes of all that Soldotna has to offer. Halibut fishing and whale watching charters are also nearby. You can rent a boat from Alaska Boat Rental just minutes away and cruise the river or the inlet on your own.
