It’s my first time to write a review. Reviews are very important !! This hotel has the worst “Guest Relations” who asked for tips “money or bakhsheesh! Let me explain! I have Videos, pictures and voice notes and I can prove every single word I’m writing right! Let me be clear and transparent. We booked with one Agency in Lebanon as they advised us to stay in Daima Biz hotel, we read terrible reviews about it;however, the agency said many Lebanese people went before and no body complained! We went! We arrived midnight and it was late snack time in the dining area. It smelled disgusting.. the dining room was full of flies roaming around and had cats eating on the table from people’s dishes.. no ACs and the place was dim! (I have videos and pictures for this) I called my agency and showed them videos. They promised to move us to another hotel and we packed! We received a call from the guest relations as he apologized and listened to all our concerns and complains.. promising us to change and fix some problems like smells, cleanliness and changing the room to better view! We saw the huge and amazing aqua park Daima Biz Hotel has and that was all we needed for my little niece.. they changed the room to a better view too and we stayed.. They really fixed the smell in the hotel, changed the table covers everyday, no more cats; yet, it was still without AC inside and with a-lot of flies roaming as you eat! The guest relation man asked for tips for changing the room for me.. I thought it was a joke at start! We spent 4 amazing days on the beach (not in the hotel as a whole) regardless of the dirt that was on the floor in our room! My mom was showing the dirty floor to the house keepers everyday asking them to clean the room, but it didn’t work! ( I can show videos about the dirty dusty with cockroaches floor) And finally the check out day, we though, just like any other hotel we could check out at 12:00, give the keys; yet can still enjoy the hotel facilities! Surprisingly, the guest relations again asking me to give him the keys personally so he won’t rip the bracelets we are wearing to be able to use hotel facilities, I told him but in any hotel you can give the room check out and still use the pool ,, he said give me tips and you can use the facilities, ( I have proof) I didn’t pay him anything and we decided to leave. It toook us some time to pack and get ready! We called the reception many times and no one answered our call to help us get our luggage out!! So I had to hold all my luggage with my mom alone! I came to the reception asking for a manager to talk to but again the guest relations popped out and started screaming that till now I didn’t check out!! So I answered him aggressively and very loud that I’ve been waiting for someone to help me with my luggage but no body did!! He asked for 200€ for 2 hours staying after 12:00!!! so I called one Azerbaijani friend asking him to talk turkish with this guy and from 200€ I paid

We went as a family a few days before Eid-ul-Fitr, some services were not active, we told Mr. Keyvan about the problems, his attitude was very good, they said that the hotel is at the beginning of its season, and on the day of Eid-ul-Fitr, all services were activated with the best quality, and we were satisfied with the services received. We are very, very secretive, especially about dealing with the respect of the personnel and also Mr. Keyvan

This hotel was really good I liked that we enjoyed alot... mr keivan and miss albina are 2 great people that help us alot in this hotel we enjoyed the pool , disco and also dribks and many other things...👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Stayed here for a worldwide sporting event. My advice is simply to stay away! The hotel is run down, managed poorly, service lacking...worse, they don't care! Infrequent and poor maid service, poor internet, food is mediocre (buffet is made to put trays on top of hot water...but no water, no heat lamps, food made ahead and always served cold). Plus, no signage, so just guess what you are eating. Unfortunately, I could write pages on the overall poor quality. For example: Maids smoke in the hallway; remove "clean room" signs and may or may not clean your room. Lifeguards are on cell phones; want a 2nd key for your family?...that will be 10Euros. Gym is well equipped, but if you choose to go later in the day...expect a dirty gym. Room has door that doesn't close, broken shower head, broken toilet seat, black mold in shower; bathroom smells like sewer but you can go out on the balcony and smell the garbage.

Do not ever go to this place, the hotel is not air conditioned at all, it is run over by cats and flies during the buffet and they have the same food every day which is almost always cold. the hotel room is also built terribly the beds are hard and you can feel the springs. Only one thin sheet on bed and key card has to be swiped three times before working. And an extra charge of 10 bucks if you want another key! Water park is super creepy with its weird statues and water slides look dangerous and dirty. Most of the outdoors smells like sewer as well as standing too close to the toilet. Wifi only ever gives you one bar or no wifi at all. Don’t ever go.

The hotel is located between the mountains and the sea - is so beautiful. There are wonderful staff (especially Levent - the best👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻) Waiters is such pleasant (make for you different surprises😀) A lot of pools and many water slides… It’s so interesting for children and adult

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at Daima Biz Hotel. The entire experience was simply awful. The hotel's condition was a disgrace - cleanliness was severely lacking, and the room I stayed in was far from acceptable. The repetitive food offerings were a major letdown; every day seemed like a rerun, with no effort to provide variety or quality. The drinks served were of abysmal quality, adding insult to injury. What truly exacerbated the situation was the lack of helpfulness from the manager. It was disheartening to encounter such indifference and unresponsiveness when trying to address my concerns. The staff's overall attitude was disappointing, to say the least. I strongly advise against choosing Daima Biz Hotel for your stay. The experience was frustrating, uncomfortable, and far from what one expects from a hotel. Given the condition of the facilities, the unhelpful manager, and the consistently poor food and drinks, I regret having spent my time and money here. There are undoubtedly better options available that provide a more pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel needs a renovation and to fix the air conditioner. In July is hot outside, but hotter in the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are ok but we had mold on the bathroom sealing. The food was okay but not so varied and the name of the food wasn’t written anywhere, in any language. The aquapark is huge, you can have fun. This hotel is not a 5 star hotel!!!
