Although the weather disappointed us, the hospitality of the facility staff made us forget all the negativities. We had a very nice time in this facility with a perfect nature. Especially at night, the delicious cocktails prepared by Mr Çağatay and his friendly attitude convinced us to visit this holiday village again. In addition, we would like to thank the Setur Officer Eda Hanım, who made the utmost effort to make our holiday go well, guided us correctly in every matter, and provided communication between us and the facility. I would especially like to thank many of your colleagues, whose names I cannot remember now, for their friendliness. See you on our next holiday.

It's an absolutely fantastic resort in terms of appearance. Small houses are scattered inside a beautiful palm park, with trees with lemons, olives, oranges, and more. Really beautiful. We were visiting towards the end of the season when the hotel was about 30% booked. As a result, there were plenty of free sunbeds everywhere, plenty of chairs on the terrace in the dining room with a great view of the sea, and no queues at the bars. Unfortunately, there was no program in the evening, which is understandable. The all-inclusive food offer is great. Every day there are small changes and the food only starts to repeat after about 10 days. However, it is in the dining room where the first big minus lies. For reasons that are absolutely incomprehensible to us, you cannot pour a drink with your meal. You have to wait for the waiter to bring it to you. It was quite common that we didn't have anything to drink with our meal. When there was a drink, it was at most one 250 ml glass. This is completely unacceptable in a five-star hotel. Let your guests serve themselves, especially if your staff are lame in their tasks. The room equipment is good. The beds should be wider, 140 cm for two people is not much. The first day we only had one blanket. (And it really wasn't a quilt for two) The minibar always had Fanta, Coca-Cola, Capi, and plenty of water. Also coffee and tea. Another big minus - the hotel room smelled of sewer. And it really a lot. The maids did leave the window to the balcony open and used the air freshener, but it was no use. Even so, the smell was strongly noticeable, and coming to a room where the smell of feces was strong was not pleasing. In general, housekeeping-cleaning was pretty weak. Overall, I have never been to a nicer hotel but I still give a lower rating because this resort doesn't deserve better. We were pleased with the friendly photographer. We have a lot of beautiful photos thanks to him. The bartenders are quite pleasant as well. Especially if you leave a few euros in their pocket. The liquor menu included better brands of rums, vodka whiskey, bourbons, etc. The mixed drinks were made with local alcohol but for a few euros, it was no problem to switch back to imports. The pool water is a little bit cold.

The resort has very nice facilities and is quite large. Great Pool and right on the beach with clear water. The rooms are quite small and dated. The all inclusive food tastes the same after a few days, but is in great variety and quantity. It feels like a cruise ship on dry land. Food and drinks is available all the time with a great bar to provide drinks 24/7.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel with my family, and I must commend the exemplary level of service we experienced throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Yunus, the barman, who not only showcased outstanding mixology skills but also added a personal touch to our evening chats. His professionalism and warmth truly stood out, making our stay all the more memorable. Highly recommended! POLSKA GUROM!!!

Great hotel! People are friendly and helpful. There’s a wide selection of food, and it’s very good. The entertainment is conducted in multiple languages and is interesting. I recommend it to everyone!

öncelikle havuz barda Muhammed beye ana restorantta Vedat beye ve animatorlerden Ömer ve Mehmet beye tesekkurlerimizi iletiyoruz.. arkadaş grubumuzla geldik yemeğimizi yedik içecek kalkmak üzereyken geldi..snack saatleri çok kötüydü..garsonlar sizi duymamazliktan geliyor..tatlılar çok kötüydü pastanedede düzgün birşey bile yoktu..ana yemek çeşit olarak yetersizdi..çay fincaninda türk kahvesi getirdiler..otelin yarısı Türk müşteri olmasına rağmen Türkçe şarkı dinleyemedik ve dj denen münasebetsizden rica ettik Türkçe şarkı için herkesin içinde müziği durdurup bizi azarladı rica etmemize rağmen tabi daha sonra biz dahil herkes ortamı terk etti bence o dj mi ne ordan kesin gonderilmeli ve görevlilerde bu konuda şikayet aldıklarını söylediler bize.. nasıl bı işletme sistemleri var hiç anlamadım Rusça şarkı dinlemekten rusçayı öğrendik resmen çok kötüydü
